“Management Chaos and Extremely Poor Service (Stayed 12/26-12/27) My stay from 12/26 to 12/27 was highly disappointing due to inconsistent management and unprofessional staff. Upon arriving late after a long road trip, the front desk was disorganized and even asked if I had "already checked in," causing a 15-minute delay for no reason. I had specifically pre-purchased breakfast and confirmed the hours with the front desk, who stated it ended at 10:30 AM. However, when I arrived with my family……

“The room was clean and had no bugs. But when we arrived, our room had no soap and only one thin bath towel. The door was warped, and the deadbolt was very difficult to latch. The AC unit was noisy and looked like coffee had spilled on it. To top things off, it is hard to get into because it faces a one way street and the neighborhood is not great. My wife did not feel safe.”

“I use Holiday Inn Express and Suites whenever I travel between CA and NC twice each year. I really do not like leaving negative reviews, but Abilene is consistently higher priced than the other cities I stay in (Tucson and Tuscaloosa) and the hotel is never as clean and up to date.
