"Smart boutique style hotel in the heart of Lisbon "
The staff could not make you more welcome. There is nothing that you s too much trouble. Rooms are smallish but with all amenities. Rain shower and nespresso machine plus safe, daily restocked mini fridge all add to the welcoming feel. Don't expect views this is a city centre hotel go out and enjoy the city.

This is a small hotel. It is modern, sparkling clean and has the most helpful staff you could ever find (and they speak English). It is near a tourist information office, tourist bus stops, and has a mini supermarket nearby.
The room has a coffee maker, but the hotel lent us a kettle and decent size cups so we could make a cup of tea in our room.
Guest premium wifi (free) was excellent and I was able to use it for webmail on my ipad. There is no business centre but the desk staff did my on-line check-in and printed the boarding pass for my flight out.
The only downside is that there is very limited space for clothes in the room we had, so we ended up living out of suitcases on the floor. It would be ideal for a short stay where you did not need to take a lot of luggage. Our room was quiet, as requested.

Welcoming staff, excellent breakfast, quiet rooms (despite central location) and comfortable beds.
Stayed for 3 nights. Buffet breakfast big enough to survive until dinnertime. Excellent coffee a particular bonus.
Grand building (I think it used to be a government office)
Excellent bar and barman (Jose) who knows his drinks!

This hotel is new and in an excellent location close to the metro. There are a lot of restaurants and shops immediately around the hotel. The sea is a 5 min walk away and the beach is only a train ride away. Getting the tram and buses were very easy to get to and use to many of the sights : Monestery & Tower in Belem, Castle & Cathedral.
Patricia and the rest of the staff were very welcoming and helpful which always is a good start to a holiday. The rooms have everything you need especially a powerful shower and hairdryer.
If I came to Lisbon again I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

From start to finish the staff were warm and welcoming, keen to help make restaurant books and even printed a map with directions for us. It's the perfect central location in Lisbon too making it easy to get to the train station to get to Cascais (a must - beautiful beach) and restaurants and bars (Populi, Carmo restaurant to make two good ones). Good breakfast, quiet and clean room with comfy bed. Tick!

We were so glad we picked this hotel, excellent location for transport, sightseeing and eating and drinking. There are some very good bars and restaurants right outside the front door. Our room was very comfortable and quiet and had a lovely bathroom with an enormous shower. We chose not to have breakfast at the hotel. It would have been nice to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room but we were glad of the bottled water provided. Would definitely stay here again if visiting Lisbon and we really enjoyed our four day break

My wife and I had a wonderful 4 night stay at the Altis Avenida. The hotel is conveniently located near the train station and close to most of the major sights and restaurants. The staff at the front desk were exceptional and very helpful in meeting all of our needs during our stay. Miguel was especially helpful in recommending and booking restaurants which made our first trip to Lisbon a very pleasant and memorable experience. We will definitely come back Lisbon and stay at the Altis Avenida.

Virtual concierge service at these apartments, we received the door code in good time and had no problems accessing the apartment. Spacious, light, clean and cool. A very good location, minutes from the main squares and good access to transport links.
There is a certain amount of noise from apartments above but nothing to trouble us. Street noise was not an issue despite being close to bars.
A cleaner came in everyday.
There were only 2 of us in the apartment, a sofa bed in the sitting area, could lead to privacy problems, but fine for family.

An elegant district in central Lisbon, Baixa welcomes visitors to stroll through broad squares to view the Pombalina 18th century architecture built to withstand earthquakes after one shattered the city in 1755. This downtown district is home to Lisbon’s city hall and Edward VII Park. Historical monuments and streets lined with shops and cafés encourage visitors to spend the day exploring Baixa.
