Old facility but great locationPosted Feb 25, 2018
Pros: Close to the Interstate
Cons: Really could use some cleaning and upgrading. You could see the curtains on the fron floor through the windows that were in bad shape.
Location: Many restaurants to choose from
Very old facility that needs some sprucing up. I waited 5 minutes upon check-in as the desk clerk was on the phone. Once checked in we noticed the carpets were in great need of cleaning or replacing. The room was clean and fairly quiet for its location. Many restaurants to choose from and one block from Interstate 99 was the only plus for this one night stay. The breakfast nook orange juice machine as well as the only soda/water vending machine were out of order.

They sold my rooms even though I had a reservationPosted Feb 25, 2018
Didn’t even get to stay here because they gave my 2 rooms away even though I had made reservations 3 days before.

Not a good hotel.Posted Feb 25, 2018
They didn't give us the room we paid for. The Jacuzzi didn't work and none of there soda machines. Some of the people they let stay there where being very loud and rude bringing there motorcycles in and out of the property by the pool. Very bad experience there.

Needs more maintenance and better cleanlinessPosted Feb 18, 2018
Pros: The swimming pool and breakfast.
Cons: Fix the water leakage in the ceiling and get rid of the mold. Clean the hallway carpet and staircase on a daily basis. Replace the carpets in some roo
There are signs of water leakages in the staircase and hallways ceiling with mold, which is a serious health hazard. The landscaping around parking lot needs more work and better maintenance. The carpets in some rooms are filthy and need to be replaced ( we asked the front desk to change our rooms because of the dirty carpets). The rooms are ok and relatively clean.

You get what you pay forPosted Feb 5, 2018
When I drove up I was skeptical about staying there. It looked run down. Walked in and the lobby was ok. It definitely is well overdue for some upgrading although it was clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean just, again like I mentioned outdated and due for an upgrade. The part that I didn’t care for was the guests staying near my room. They seemed to be regulars and were up all night opening and slamming the door shut several times throughout the night. Shouting to one another in the hallway just having no regard for others who were in rooms near theirs sleeping. It was a bit scary/concerning at times.

Ok for the price.Posted Feb 5, 2018
Cons: cleanliness, amenities
Location: there are a lot of restaurants and a walmart nearby
Room was not the cleanest. Our fridge was unplugged and the room needed some serious attention to cleaning detail. There was no extra toilet paper either. Overall I felt uncomfortable staying there. Staff was very nice though. Breakfast was also not that great. It was basically toast and oatmeal.

Convenient to where I needed to be.Posted Feb 4, 2018
Pros: The hospitality, convenience to downtown and willingness of staff to remedy problem.
Cons: The sliding glass doors and window were very dirty on the outside, with dust and cobwebs. The patio alcove had debris. Lawn needed mowing.
Location: I was there for the death of a friend. Sizzler was next door and convenient, as I am vegan.
Staff were very helpful and went out of way to help. A refrigerator semi truck parked behind the building on the side where my room was. It revved up every 20 minutes and then ramped up two more times until it reverberated through the building. I called twice about it after several rounds of silence and then the ramping up of reverberation and escalating sound. The head desk said they would send maintenance out to fix it or they would move my room. It was finally remedied. The third morning, when I awoke, there was a homeless man outside my sliding glass doors, in the alcove patio with his basket and things scattered around on the cement. He finally saw me and scooted away. It was unclear if he had slept there but seemed likely.

Don'tPosted Feb 4, 2018
To start off the big lighted sign that you should be able to see from the freeway was not lighted , there were no signs pointing which way to get into the parking lot. There was nothing to let you know where to to enter to get to the registration desk. Then when you go inside the ceiling in front of the registration desk , half of it's missing or has big huge water spots on it . It was pretty scary. When we finally get to our room which was kind of a scary walk cuz there's big Gates all around because of the homeless people, which I realize is not the Days Inn problem, but there are more holes in the ceilings walking there where there was water issues. We get into our room and turn the lights on. It had old dirty carpet that had cuts in it . The room smelled a little damp. The pictures on the website do not match the actual Hotel. The spa did not work because the heater was broken .The whole place looked like it was about to fall down definitely ? I would hope this was not what corporate Days Inn would approve of as one of their hotels. The piece de resistance was when I had turned the TV off to go to sleep. Shortly there after, I felt something on my face I swiped it off , turn on the light and it was a disgusting little cockroach. Never coming back.
