Found hair on the sheet, half used bar soap from probably whoever was there last.

Room smelled like smoke. No glasses anywhere. Had to walk to front desk for drinking glasses. Crazy.

Decent Hotel In Bakersfield

Pros: Price
This hotel gets the job done. If you're not picky with presentation and can't sleep on a bed that doesn't have cloud-like pillows and sheets, then this hotel is perfect. It has a mini kitchen, which many 3-4 star hotels don't offer. The cleanliness is good, didn't see anything that grossed me out. The front desk is a little slow, however, but it wasn't a horrible wait or anything like that. Overall, if you are making a quick pit-stop in Bakersfield, this place is great because it's also cheap!

Mix-up at checkout

Pros: Newer property with kitchen facilities.
Cons: Hotel staff are below average.
Hotel customer service is lacking. I booked through Expedia and had difficult time dealing with hotel staff and Expedia about changes to the extended stay reservation. Poor service.

bad Hotel Close to 99 hwy

Cons: have workers make shure that the rooms are will kept.
The room smell very bad. and had people next door that did not sleep making noise till 4:30 am.

Dirty with rude staff

It was the worse experience with hotels in my life . Dirty rooms with rude staffing. Breakfast is a joke and Internet connection is terrible.

Room without an operating heater

Are heater didn't work. They didnt have a maintenance worker to address the problem. They didnt have any other rooms available according to front desk. The resolutions was to give us more blankets. It was like trying to sleep in a refrigerator.

Noisy hotel

This is a very noisy hotel having thin walls and being right next to the highway and railway tracks. But if noise doesn't bother you, the staff is friendly/helpful and the room was clean and comfortable.

bad stay

Pros: nothing
Cons: really would surprise me if it did happen
i arrived and no one was at the desk.had to phone in to get someone.then got my room.the next day requested my room to be cleaned.was informed they don't clean room except for monday threw friday.had to bring my sheets and towels down to be exchanged for clean ones.in the morning wasn't much out for breakfast either.the stay in my opionion stucked.i have stayed at other ones that the service was great. not this one.
