Nice place to stay near Highway, shopping

The place is near Walmart. They provide cooking utensils, stovetops, towel-exchange, garbage can may need for a long or short stay. Train waked me up early in the morning! Outside especially, stairways, elevator... need cleaning.

1. No kitchen utensil in room as stated on website. 2. No WiFi in my room. 3. When I asked for toiletries- they did not have any. Website said they did. 4. Was not given the room I had booked. Booked a smoking room but was given non-smoking. 5. Found trash in the bathroom. 6. Web says they had “premium channels” but that was a lie!!!

The staff member on duty was not welcoming he actually was cold, distant and very unprofessionial. Answering our questions in clipped tone. Im a Black American woman whom deserve proffessionial welcoming courtesy as all customers should. Very unhappy with your hotel. I liked the room.
