Would stay there again

Pros: Clean and good customer service
Cons: The bed was a little uncomfortable... compared to my bed
Location: Excellent customer service and food at Marie Callender
needed to stay at a half wat point on our way home from vacation. So glad we stopped here!

Stayed here twice so far. Good location. Overall good price for what you get. Comes with kitchenette, bathroom door wouldn't lock.

It was nice. Just needed a place to stay one night while on the road. Great staff and room was well cleaned.

Not the best

Hotel advertised fee breakfast, but it's only coffee and a packaged muffin or granola bar. The kitchenette had no dishes, pots, pans, or silverware making it impossible to cook. There was no dish soap or sponge as well.

Car Broken into, Management did not care.

My car was broken into at this Bakersfield Extended stay, my conclusion management does not care about you, only your money. As I continued my 151 day journey across and back again over the US, I never stayed at another Extended Stay!!!I Neither Bakersfield nor has corporate sent anything let a "we Are So Sorry" letter. Poor management means I do not contribute to their bottom line. I booked two nights on A Friday & Saturday in October, while checking in at front desk person mentioned this was the first time she had seen a NH license. Stayed in my room and worked. Sunday morning I added a third night at the front desk had to show my out of state license again. then back to my room to work. Monday I go to checkout at front desk, they do the checkou routine. I go to my car to find a hole in the rear window, and my bicycle that was inside the car gone. Back to the front desk to get 'is that your blue car out there, yes it was vandalized Saturday night, I will get the manager'. (you could clearly see car from front desk ).Manager took her sweet time to come out, and then just asked for my address again for their records. She was not wearing a name tag. This hotel did not contact me after the break-in, they did not contact the police, they did however clean up the parking lot around my auto. I was the only person in the hotel from New Hampshire, with New Hampshire plates, but 'we didn't know whose car it was'. We Care is not a motto at Extended Stays

Good location, close to shopping center

Is a good hotel to stay the night after a day of work, not for a vacation or family. Close to shopping center and banks make it attractive. Friendly staff. Continental breakfast very limited. Room ok. They cleaned by the week, though.

Nice and convenient

This was a last minute booking and we were pleasantly surprised at all the amenities it had to offer. I look forward to staying again.

Bring your hair dryer

It was a nice and clean hotel and the room was cozy and comfortable and the staff was great. The only draw back, breakfast was not what I expected for the price of the hotel and there was no hair dryers in the rooms, so bring you hair dryer, other than that I will stay there again.
