As per our deposit policy, which you signed and acknowledged, all visitors entering the room must be registered with the front desk. This policy is in effect for the safety of our customers everywhere. There is video/audio recordings of our staff, confirming you understand all the terms and conditions before you sign it. You agreed and signed. When unregistered guests entered the room, our staff notified you and had asked for them to be registered or to vacate the property. You refused, while the unregistered guests were verbally abusing our staff for following our safety procedures. We strive for customer satisfaction every day and we hope you come again so we can make sure you have a better stay.

Room is the worst I’ve been in also was charged 20 for makeup on a 1dollar towel is beyond me never will come back and do not recommend rooms are nasty I felt disgusted

As per our deposit policy, which you signed and acknowledged, damages that occur within the room during your stay will lead to the loss of the deposit. The guest service representative reported multiple findings: towels, sheets, and blankets were completely damaged and would not be able to recover. Hence, they charged a small portion of the deposit policy. Pictures were taken for reference. e strive for customer satisfaction every day and we hope you come again so we can make sure you have a better stay.

It's a budget motel, so yes it's a bit dated but the rooms have been renovated and they were clean. Bed clean and comfortable. Staff friendly. Close to amenities. Would stay again

This hotel had roaches. I literally have 14 pictures of the roaches. They also took my deposit of $50

We hardly have issues with roaches, but if you had come to the front desk, we would have moved you to another room without hesitation. However, the deposit was kept due to the violation of many policies that you signed and acknowledged on the deposit policy form. When the staff was trying to be helpful by giving you their personal charger, you were vulgar and accused them of turning off all the power in your room when, in fact, everything was working. There is also video and audio surveillance of you being vulgar with staff and throwing your food and water inside the office and parking lot.

Large room, hot water, good AC/heat. No coffeepot in the room but they did have a microwave and fridge, as well as hot coffee in the office. Bed was comfortable. Table setup was a little odd. No suitcase rack or anything to set it on other than the bed and table. Overall good for an overnight stay.

Although you kept returning to stay at our property for 5 days in a row, we are sad to hear that you did not enjoy your stay here.As per our deposit policy, which you signed and acknowledged, damages that occur within the room during your stay will lead to the loss of the deposit. I really enjoyed coming here I come every weekend quiet, clean, and also very close to the prison where I actually go visit. My husband at reasonable prices for staff is great and I’m allowed to park my semi truck on the property cause the big enough so all already it’s awesome thank you Cassie your amazing

Well the policy at checkin was to collect a $50 cash security deposit. I offered a credit card instead. The night manager very graciously waived the deposit. This is a strange policy.

Stay was for 5 days 4 nights. We had been there for 2 days and not 1 time did they come and clean or bring us new towels. I had to contact them to request they come clean and also more towels. Internet did not work either.

The room was great. Area was quiet and near many stores and restaurants. The only thing, the floor was soooo dirty. At first glance it looked cleaned. Took off my shoes all to end up with my white socks completely black!

I didn’t like my stay at all ! This would be my 4 th stay staying here it the last time the first couple times were really good now that they change it and put so many rules it’s terrible stay and now they charge extra for people and kids pool didn’t work again I had to give a cash 50$ deposit which I didn’t have no cash had to go to the bank then back to check in then they have to go to your room and check it out and take pictures the towels was dirty and gave me only 30$ buck back from my deposit and counted every towel ! Will not be back to stay

The property and the service was acceptable. The only thing I didn’t like was the deposit of $50. I went through Xperia and was never told about this requirement. It had to be cash and luckily I had the cash on me. They were not even able to give me a receipt for the deposit that I gave them. I do not appreciate that.
