our stay was nice and comfy.very nice staff and easy check in and out.there is a restaurant next door called replay that has a simple delicious menu.in the morning u go to the same restaurant for breakfast.its free.scramble eggs and sausage.cereal and juice and milk and toast and coffee.some people expect a huge gourmet wine and dine...come on people relate how much u pay for a room with what u expect.it was me and my wife and our 2 little guys.we had a good time and it was clean and convenient.

Good place for a nightPosted Nov 9, 2015
Pros: Mattress and bedding was soft. Automatic light in bathroom
Cons: Breakfast was very unhealthy. Processed scramble eggs and sausage. Only fruit was an Apple.
Outside the facility looks run down. The rooms are modern and clean. Bed is comfortable. Rooms are non smoking but smoker are on the stairwell and hallway. Good for a night before traveling on the road again.

Clearly a well use facility. It was fine for a one night stay, passing through. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was OK.

Incredible value for the price.Posted Oct 22, 2015
Pros: Remodeled with higher end finishes (ie marble in bathroom/vanity area). Room and lobby was super-clean and everything smelled good. Breakfast buffet
Cons: This is not a "luxury" hotel. At this price point, many construction workers stay there during the week. NOT a complaint, a recommendation to boomers
Location: On the outskirts of town, but near enough to restaurants. Buck Owens Crystal Palace is a couple blocks away. Bakersfield is not a vacation place.
Unexpected stop in Bakersfield (mudslides on Grapevine). Expedia app found me a decent/nice place at a great price. Thank The Lord I decided to stay in Bakersfield that night as shortly thereafter the detour (Hwy 58) was hit with mudslides stranding 100s in their cars for 10 - 12 hours. I would have been in the middle of that. Expedia app comes through for me again (and triple points never hurt, either).

They charge $25 to check in Early.Posted Oct 12, 2015
I was in town for a wedding and need to check in just a couple of hours just to when, wedding was over I would have my room. They charged $25 to come in two hours early. I stayed in many hotels in different city and never has this happen. I rather pay more up front and come in early then have this hidden fee.

Don't even feel like you're in BakersfieldPosted Oct 5, 2015
Stayed here for a friends wedding in township . A group of us had 4 rooms throughout this hotel for 3 days. We loved our room because it faced into the courtyard/pool area, I would recommend that instead of the outer rooms. Everything was older but in pretty good shape, the rooms were clean, and the wifi was free. It was really nice to have laundry as well, ans the free breakfast was probably the best continental I've had in a while. Close to the freeway, and felt almost like a little resort inside the courtyard. Beautiful Palm trees, lime trees, and a running fountain. We felt relaxed. It was great.

Declining every ywarPosted Sep 26, 2015
Noisy, in the middle of nowhere. Facilities are falling apart. Both soda machines are on the second floor, both were broken. Elevator has issues. Doors don't shut easily. Seems to be a popular stop for huge tourist buses.

Would come againPosted Sep 3, 2015
This hotel what about what I thought it would be. The staff was professional and nice and the continental breakfast was okay it could have been better with more of a selection, but other than that it was nice it was clean.
