The place was comfortable and clean; however the carpet had many stains. But the beds were comfortable and the sheets were very soft. There was an issue with the toilet seat. It was loose and my 82 year old father almost slipped off. Because there was no maintenence person onsite, they changed us to another room and the problem was the same in this room but not as bad. We just had to be careful. We were disappointed there was no breakfast as advertised on Expedia, but we understand providing that amenity is on hold because of COVID. There is nothing fancy about the hotel or the rooms or the location, but it was clean and convienent to highway 99 and other locations. However, I did leave my Ipad behind in the room and they did nothing to get it back to me. They would not return it in the mail even though I offered to pay for the postage and time to send it back to me. They refused. I was fortunate enough to have a relative who was willing to pick it up for me and ship it to me. There should be a policy in place for sending a person's personal item back to them if they leave it behind in the room. Some items like my Ipad is important and costly. It not like it's a toothbrush or something insignificant. So just be aware of that policy they have and double check to make sure you leave nothing behind because you won't get it back.

Falsely advertise pool and breakfast amenities on expedia and property websites. They've offered neither for more than a year. Room was VERY dirty. Epecially the bathrooms. Yuck. We got in late and had kids in tow or else we would have walked.
