“We arrived late, around 8 pm, and even then, we had to wait for a room. Apparently, we were upgraded, but we ended up in the same room we had reserved. We were informed that someone needed to inspect the room before completing the check-in process. When we arrived, we found a disgusting used Q-tip under the bed. The door to the fridge was completely broken, and the bathroom was covered in black, long hairs. I have very short blonde hair. The next day, we requested that the room be cleaned……

“Great location right on the beach. Never got tired of the heated pool and lazy river. Excellent food and snacks served poolside or Oceanside.”
