Beautiful view!

Pros: View of the room
Cons: Some part of the hotel needs some renovation. Its getting old
Location: Great location
We really enjoyed this hotel. Their SPA is amazing. Hamam- Turkis Bath was so nice.

Conference hotel with a nice view

Cons: Better informed service from staff. Spa area could use a general modernisation as it is quite dated.
Location: Although the coastal area has a great view and there are some nice restaurants by the water, the area is a bit far remote and empty.
The view over the water is excellent in the sea-view rooms. However, the hotel is very far away from the city center, with poor public transport connection and only expensive taxis on offer. The staff was friendly but always very knowledgeable. They did not seem to know the area very well and struggled to give us directions. The airport shuttle is great (a private black car) but very quickly booked up, which can be frustrating. Overall the hotel has more of a conference hotel feel, so better for business travellers than tourists. The spa could use a modernisation as the style and feel of it is a bit outdated.

It was a great stay. Spa conditions were not the best but it's ok.

One night in Izmir

The hotel was great, the staff are so helpful and friendly. The buffet food was amazing. However , you have to pay for the swimming pool after check out.

Very nice hotel with a great view and location!

Pros: Location, Views
Cons: Airport Transfer. They said they can only send a small car which would not have been sufficient to bring 5 people and all the bags.
Unfortunately, we were there only for the night and did not get to enjoy full facility but this Hotel is amazing. The rooms were very nice and modern. View from my room was amazing. Hotel staff was courteous and accommodated our request for side-by-side room. Though I accepted that to happen at first place as both the rooms were booked on same reservation. Breakfast buffet as amazing and you easily spend an hour+ time just at breakfast :) The main issue why I am not giving them 5* is that of Airport transfer. They mentioned that Free airport transfer is included. But, when we asked for it, they said they only have a small car. We were travelling with total of 5 persons and some bags. It was not possible for that to fit into one car, so we ended up getting a taxi.

A lovely hotel, beautiful rooms, very helpful staff. I really enjoyed the fact that the car park was free of use for customers. And I have to admit I fell in love with the view!
