Pros: my room was comfortable
Cons: free coffee and breakfast items, move TV to wall mount more accessible
Location: Harley Davison shop nearby, good for me
interesting day, restaurants are nearby, large mall about a mile away with nice restaurants also available. location is close to freeway, far from LA

Nice clean hotel, easy access to freeway.

Pros: It was clean comfort and had easy access to freeways. Close to restaurants. Most of the hotel staff were helpful, friendly and nice.

The girl who checked us in wasn't very friendly. Our room number written on the little card envelope was unreadable, another clerk had to look it up for us, he apologized. When we tried to leave the parking lot to go to dinner our room card did not work. When we got to our room for 4 people we only had 3 towels, 3 cups and 2 glasses. We did not have a bath rug. The person who brought the things we needed was very nice. No information given as to how to check out and get out of parking lot, had to call front desk. Menu setup on tv screen was difficult to understand

Outstanding service by the staff

Pros: Great staff, fantastic beds and very clean bathrooms.
Cons: Adding a microwave to rooms - but not a major issue as there is a common microwave downstairs.
On our third day staying at this hotel my mum suffered heart failure and was rushed to hospital by ambulance. The staff were such a huge help to my father and I. They were pleasant and so comforting, and helped us immensely. Overall the hotel was very comfortable. Slightly inconvenient that each room didn't have a microwave, but this was only a very minor inconvenience. I will definitely stay here again on our next trip to the US. Nice, but.....

Loved our stay, but beware the hotel charges for parking, think it's ridiculous. Other than that the hotel is nice and staff are very professional. Had the parking been free i would have given 5 stars.

NIce Property in West Covina

Nice property with easy on-off the I10. Starbuck s and McDonalds next door. Nice room. Fee for parking was a bit of a surprise for a suburban hotel. Will stay again.

I loved going to the bistro and bar before going to an amazing room on the 9th floor. Our stay was perfect and a great short getaway from Hollywood!
