Great property, we highly recommend the aria villas. My wife found the property from someone posting in social media. The villas are very clean, from the pool maintenance to the general housekeeping and turn down service i cannot fault it. It was great. Breakfast is great if you decide to opt in for it. There is a small simple menu and also pastries and fruit available. Coffee/lattes ect are included which is great. (Can order as much food and coffee as you like) We also had a floating breakfast one morning and it was incredible for very little money. Definitely worth doing. Location is great, walking distance to all the beaches, Beachclubs , all yhe instagramable cafes, restaurants. Canguu is only short taxi ride. My only negative and its minor and wont affect most. For the luxury of the villas and size it needs a Gym but thats my only downfall to say. (Like i say not everyone uses them, we like to use one) I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again. 4.7/5

We really loved our stay at Aria Exclusive Villa & Spa. The staff are super lovely. Breakfeast was wonderful. They made my partners birthday extra special with Balloons flowers in the bath and bed and surprising to sing happy birthday. Nero is wonderful suggesting reccomendations. We will defintly return to stay here 😊

We stayed for 5 nights at Aria Villa and had a wonderful time. Our room was cleaned every day and we received a cute message on a leaf saying good night every time we came back to the room after being out. The customer service was amazing. A mozzie coil was put on in our bathroom every night and there was mozzie nets around the bed which made us feel very content. We will definitely be recommending Aria Villa to our fellow Australian friends. Beautiful place with beautiful people

Fab!!!
Everything was great from start to finish. The villa is beautiful and the shower was my personal favourite part! and of course the private pool. The grounds are beautiful. The hotel helped us organise anything we needed such as bike rental/taxi. All staff were so attentive and welcoming, and went the extra mile. The location was good, nearby to plenty of amenities. Our villa was near to another hotel/bar as we could hear loud music/live music when we were outside. but we actually enjoyed it. The included breakfast included was great. The only different thing for us personally was the breakfast was between 7am and 11am and each morning the staff would call us at around 10am to ask if we were coming which woke us up a couple times. Not necessarily a bad thing just something to mention. Overall I would return here and definitely recommend to anyone visiting Seminyak.

Villa was absolutely beautiful however they were doing renovations to the villa next to us which was disappointing as all we could hear was grinding and hammering which didn’t make it very nice to sit around our pool. Other then that staff were all extremely friendly and happy to help with any of our enquires. Thank you!!

Good friendly service....except for the feeling one should be tipping for any task the staff are actually PAID to carry out, very off putting. The pool is a good size however I had to keep requesting for the filter to be turned on and for the water to be topped up. The food from the restaurant is really good. The kitchenette WAS NOT equiped with the relevant crockery etc ...The bathroom floor is dangerously slippery when wet, I fell and now have a fractured wrist. The bedroom mosquito netting is old, tatty and filthy. The bed is good, comfortable however ALL the towels were stained, not dirty just old and marked. Very expensive for the condition of the villa.....well and truly over priced.

Couples paradise
This place was perfect. The villa was beautiful and had everything we could possibly ask for. The staff were so welcoming and polite at all tomes, nothing was a trouble for them. Breakfast was included and it was a buffet of fruits and bread and fresh pressed juices and then you could choose a meal option off a set menu and they cooked it fresh for you. It was always quick and delicious. The check in and out process was easy and we felt completely safe leaving our luggage with them waiting for our flight. The location is good as it is away from the busy part of seminyak and nice and quiet and private. At the same time its also a 10 minute walk from the beach and a $2-$3AUD cab from the centre of seminyak, the shops and beaches. Each time we needed a cab the lovely man at reception would call one for us and it would be there very quick. We loved our time here and couldnt have asked for anything better.

Beautiful villa not to far from Main Street
Loved our experience here, we had transfers to and from airport which was included in price. The aircon didn’t go as cold as we expected but it was nice to feel so comfortable and not cold after being in the Bali heat.

Large villa with multiple zones. Really comfy bed with mozzie screen & turndown service. Large private pool, shaded by lovely tropical trees. Not full on sun everywhere, areas to escape. Beautiful outdoor shower with excellent water temp & pressure. Huge bath (I didn’t have one though). Lovely staff, very friendly. Daily breakfast in restaurant. Decent coffee, lots of food choices. Really close walk to beach, shops, strip, potato head etc. Only downfall was fighting cats all night out in courtyard. Otherwise easy & convenient. Free airport transfers.

My Bali dream.
It was my first time in Bali but this place was like the Bali villa of my imagination. Comfortable bed, amazing semi outdoor bathroom, private pool, semi outdoor kitchen and dining table. The breakfast was great with a good selection of options. The staff friendly and helpful. Just a five minute walk to the beach but an hour drive (due to traffic) to Kuta

Beautiful villa, great location
My husband and I stayed at Aria Villas and really liked it. We particularly loved the private pool, we were surprised at how big it was. The villa was spacious and nicely decorated, I was a bit unsure at first about the outdoor toilet/shower but it was actually very private. The staff were wonderful, very friendly and kept our villa clean. The villas are located a short walk from many of the more popular restaurants and beach clubs which made it easy for us to get around without having to get a taxi.

Relaing villas close to great restaurants
My husband and I stayed for our honeymoon at Aria Villas. The villa was extremely spacious and tidy, some furniture was a little worn and torn however it didn't detract from how beautiful and relaxing it was to stay here. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The villas are located near a lot of great restaurants and a 5-10 minute walk to a few beach clubs. The villas are suited to couples on holiday and we rarely heard any other guests.

If you want a quiet secluded peaceful room in busy Bali then this might suit. décor is a little dated, Pool is totally private with lounges and a day bed. air conditioning in bedroom but not in bathroom or dressing room which are "outdoors" . has a mini kitchen with table and chairs so can be self sufficient but the in house dining room is good and there a lots of restaurants 5 to 10 minutes walk away. beach is 7 minute walk and have major resort hotels and Potato Head a further 5 minutes. Staff are excellent and provided a free shuttle for us when we had to change hotel for family reasons.

Staff were very friendly and willing to help with anything. The Villas were beautiful and comfortable. But unfortunately the breakfast was always cold and anything that was out on the buffet we had had to ask to warm it up. But everything was good. The villas are close to all restaurants, shops and pubs. which was very convenient. The villas are close to the beach. But it was not a pleasant experience. The beaches are heavily littered and not a place you would want to sit and relax. I would definitely recommend Aria Villas as a perfect place to stay and would go back again.
