I'm sorry would never come here again. The cleaning is the worst I have ever seen. Bathroom had mould everywhere. The sheets on bed are torn, staffleft door unlocked after what they called cleaning. The pool area was sutch bad condition brocken decking with nials sticking out holes which I fell twice. The worst I have ever seen. Have photos to back up statement.

Pretty bad experience. We just wanted somewhere to sleep as we had days completely booked out. Arrived at 9pm at night and left for another hotel by 8am the following morning. The bathroom was moldy. The light flickered even when it was turned off. No safe in the room and place didnt feel secure. Buffet breakfast was terrible. The pool was run down with tiles missing from the stairs. Such a hazard. We arent fussy people but this was next level. Absolutely nothing like the images. Dont recommend.

Changed room three times as air conditioning was horrible. Wifi was also just about non existant unless you are in public areas. One lady in the eating area was always rude. I left after 1 night with no credits for nights paid for. Horrible experience

Pleasant Stay
Nice Bali charm, pool is great & close to beach and supermarket. Wifi in our room was not the best but others had no complaints. All staff were nice, front desk could use some customer service training. Breakfast was basic but good, they could use a “Happy Hour” around the pool area but overall a very pleasant stay.

Relaxing spot hidden from mainstream tourists
Good stay and met expectations . Room occupied by a friend and she always lives this hotel - a simple place to relax in peace and quiet with beautiful gardens. Rooms are basic but adequate.

dont miss this fantastic place
great spot to be as is walking distance from airport [15 mins], central to south kuta and the lippo mall which has great evening entertainment. the hotel is 1990's and older but has great pool, a bar and brilliant staff. the breakfast is simple and the rooms basic but airconditioned, flat screen TV and a shower / toilet combo. The rooms are large and with a refrigerator. good value and a nice quiet location.

The hotel was contacted about the need for a ground floor and we were happy to pay extra for this ..we were put on top floor though we asked several times to be moved as suggested by them no luck.. 6 sunbeds for a large hotel is not enough its was all clean but shabby furniture also no safes available for guests.. its a shame really cos if some money spent on it could be great.you would be better to spend a little more money and get a lot better quality the photos on the website are either very old or enhanced

Location is ok. Showers dont work, air con did not work beds are worn out. No lift must climb stairs not cool When you have bags. Overall very cheap hotel in every way

We are a family of 4 and was given 3 rooms so that was awesome.. Rooms are big and clean bathrooms are ok but 1 bathrooms shower head broken so no shower for him but having 3 rooms was ok used ours . NO lifts and being on top floor was a mission for older people but kids loved it . To far for older people to walk to Kuta beach maybe 20 mins ? Only 8 mins by car . Lovely food and friendly staff. Lovely pool but a bit hard for older people to get in or out of , rails would help .

So this wasn’t the worst hotel I’ve stayed at, but it was pretty rough. The staff was awesome and the location wasn’t bad! However, I assumed from the pictures there’d be a bar, and there was but, I didn’t see if manned once in three days. The worst part about my stay was the smell, my bathroom smelt so bad all the time it was almost unbearable.

When I arrived to the room, you could smell the dampness in the room, there was water on the floor and mold on the wall The sheets were dirty. they did give me another room which was a bit better but it did put a downer on my holiday. The pool wasn't the best and there was not much variety in the food. The pictures online made the place look So much better but the place did not look like that. I even made calls to other motels the next day but not much was available and what was available would of cost me to much.

Old hotel small pool pool lounges broken and not enough for guest breakfast bad no cereal 3 hot dishes 2 small plates of fruit that was only enough for 4serves than took about 10 mins to replace we booked for 8 days left after 4 you get what you pay for definitely not for family’s with kids the pool was so chlorinated that it felt like sand in your eyes if opened under water
