4 Rocking happy days!!Posted Nov 4, 2015
Too short a stay at this amazing property! We come to Bali 3 times a year and this was probably our 25th visit to Bali, but first stay at HRH... and what a wonderful surprise! We usually prefer private villas with a personal chef, but this time we went for a group weekend event for 300 pax, and we are sure we want to come back a few more times now!! The staff remembered our names (George and Widya... you are totally unforgettable in your hospitality and warmth). The facilities are second to none... big enough to feel you are not just a number in a huge resort... and especially so with the Rock Royalty Club where there is a private pool for club members... and not a small one either! Club lounge has minimal offerings at cocktail hour, but the A La Carte breakfast was excellent. All the men in our group chose the Wagyu breakfast steaks 3 mornings in a row! Perfect protein kick-start to the day. There are plenty of lifts so we never had to wait long, and the corridors are air-conditioned and spotless. The rooms felt special especially the top floor rooms with the high ceilings. It truly felt like a luxury resort property yet it kept the youthful and happening vibe, with those priceless guitars generously displayed at every corner of the property. Smack in the heart of Kuta, yet felt sufficiently secluded and safe in the hotel. Above all.. the band and presentation laid on by the hotel for Halloween night was astounding!! TOP NOTCH quality band, dancers and singers! Had a Blast!

Nice hotel by the beachPosted Oct 31, 2015
Pros: close to the beach....nice pool area...nice room....good selection of free movies on tv...very friendly staff Cons: beachfront hotel...but have to go down long driveway to get to...won't let you take room or pool towels to beach. When asked why they said because of sand and beach not their facility. Bogus- hotel pool has tons of sand in it...fake beach area. Buffet was decent..but need to better describe what dishes are. $16 for 4 coca cola - rediculous! Total rip off

Great kid friendly resort in a good location.Posted Oct 26, 2015
Pros: beautiful pool and buffet breakfast
Cons: rooms could be updated
Location: Kuta beach Great restaurants like Fat Chow and Pronto Pizza. Beachfront shopping Poppies 1 and Poppies 2 - shopping
We took our two children, aged 3 and 5 to this resort which was perfect for kids. Fantastic buffet breakfast in the beautiful dining hall, amazing pool including an awesome kids playground and water slides. The pool was very clean, gardens were immaculate. You can see Kuta beach from the pool, great location to walk to the shops, convenience stores etc. We stayed in a standard room with 2 queen beds, the rooms were fine, a little dated and could have been a little cleaner. Room service made our beds each day, folded towels and topped up the water bottles in our room which was appreciated. We had one nice dinner at the splash bistro near the pool. I wouldn't bother with the buffet dinner which was expensive with drinks added and not much variety. Overall, we had an excellent time and we would recommend this resort to others with families. We'd love to come back.

Lovely pool, rooms too small, no cupboard space.Posted Oct 12, 2015
Pros: It was close to the shops. The television was good. The staff were pleasant.
Cons: Room facilities such as hanging space for clothes and drawers to put things away.
Location: Great location for shopping and eating and the beach. The children enjoyed releasing the baby turtles.
The hotel rooms are overpriced because of lack of space to put anything. I was disappointed, particularly, because my son's room at the Grand Inna Kuta was twice the size and half the price. The pool was fantastic and greatly enjoyed by my grandchildren. Rooms at Hard Rock Hotel are not cleaned until midday. This is too late. Breakfast at the hotel was a nightmare-far too busy and dreadfully noisy with staff banging drums for birthday celebrations. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I will never again fly Jetstar. It was delayed two hours going and one hour coming back. Despite these problems my family enjoyed the holiday and shopping.

Melbourne FamilyPosted Oct 1, 2015
When we arrived and left everyone was exstreamly friendly. I booked for a deluxe room and when we arrived they upgraded us to a deluxe premium. I wouldn't call it an upgrade at all. The room was too small for a family of four. We would give it ago again but try one of the suite rooms. Overall with the staff they were so friendly.

Hotell Kuta BaliPosted Sep 30, 2015

Great place for the young and the young at heart!Posted Sep 29, 2015
We just returned from 10 days at The Hard Rock Kuta. Always stayed in Seminyak in a Villa so we really had no expectations! Let me say this Hotel has everything for a 7 year old, 14 year old and a 48 year old! Safe, clean and most of all rocking staff! Walking distance to all the best shopping and across from the beach..... But really the place has the best facilities you don't have to leave the complex. ....loved it!

Short StopPosted Sep 19, 2015
Pros: Hard Rock was a great location, kids had a ball in the pool with the slides and the breakfast was brilliant with a wide variety of choice.
Cons: We had a poor outlook from our hotel room - overlooking a slum building. Part of the pool was closed for a private function on the day we were there.
Location: Straight across from the beach and 15 minutes from the airport which was brilliant to get your holiday started.
Great location to get to quickly from the airport. Right across from the beach and located close to a number of shops and eateries. Bit of a dirty area, but that is Kuta with a lot of locals hounding you to purchase items. Do not be fooled by the "winning" tickets from local sales team - this is a timeshare scam and a time-waster!
