Room was small and aircon was noisy. Didn't like the frosted glass that separated the bedroom and bathroom. You can still see whoever is in the bathroom.

The room was clean and had what I needed for a one nights stay. The breakfast was average. The best hotel for shopping. The hotel has a door at the end of the property to have direct access to the shopping centre next door - Mal Bali Galeria. No money exchange service available at the hotel.

Location good next to shop mall. However there is no lock for shower room nor toilet for family room. Downstairs was clean but upstairs was little dusty. Good pool, but gym aircon was not working. Very friendly staff.

Regarding the shower door can not be locked, this concern will be fully consider. Other than that, we do apologize regarding the aircon was not working at Gym. However, after we checked that our standard is that the aircon is in off position. However, if there is a guest would like to have gym so they can turn it on directly. We provide the remote control for guest who would like to adjust the temperature or might be turn it on/off during Gym. The hotel itself is pretty good. It's very clean and well provided. The pool is lovely. The food was ok. The shopping center next door is convenient. The problem is the location. The hotel is on a highway and there are no traffic lights in Kuta so you can't walk anywhere. You can't walk to the beach even if it's just 15 minutes away. There are buses that depart from the mall but they are more or less reliable. If you don't have a car I would book something closer to the beach.

GREAT staff and management. Perfect being next door to a great big mall. With the new management takeover, improvements are happening on a daily basis. Management are keen and happy to take on suggestions...X to Mary, and the health spa girls, they were truly great.

Good little one night stay
We only stayed one night before moving on but it was very comfortable, good location close to the airport, we arrived very late at night and the staff were still welcoming, buffet breakfast choice was OK, pool area looked nice and inviting but no drinks service until after lunch time. I did not like the toilet and shower were part of the main bedroom and had frosted class with openings at the top and bottom. You could hear and see everything given how close it was to the beds.

Good for the price but standards have dropped.
This is my second stay here. I decided I’d try it again as the last time was good. But this time it was a let down. First I booked hotel transfers from the airport. I got held up at immigration for an hr being busy. The transfer went home. That’s fine. But I rang to see if they could send it again but was advised no they couldn’t send one due to the booking system. So I had to find transfer at 2am. The breakfast was a let down. Very average. Last tine I stayed they had better selection. And no waits for food. Get there quick as the food goes when there’s massive tour groups going through. They used to have ice tea readily available at reception but they don’t do that anymore. It’s very welcoming after walking around the hot sun. Room was good. Very comfortable. Big bed. Showers and toilets ok. Location was very good. 911 dental clinic less than 5 mins walk. Overall, disappointed as some standards drop. But for the price is ok.

Great hotel choice
This hotel was a great choice for us. We had a loft room which was great for giving us a bit of space during our 2 week break. Situated right next to a shopping center and about a 10min drive to kuta centre. The staff were friendly and helpful and made our holiday abit more relaxed and fun. Price per night was very reasonable. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel. Little disappointed about breakfast, not enough western foods. Having to take the key card out your room every time meant coming back to a hot room and having to wait for it to cool down so couldn’t even use the mini bar at all. Over all the hotel is really nice but wouldn’t stay again as the location is very busy and away from a lot of other attractions other than the mall

Great location. Good for families.
We stayed in Deluxe Loft (upstairs/downstairs) was great for a young family. Great location. Close to Mal Galleria. Breakfast was OK. Could used more choices but did the job. Staff were great, always smiling and willing to please. The SPA at the hotel is quite expensive but REBORN SPA is close by and is fantastic and good value.

Located at a very convenient location
I stayed here with my family from 18-12-2017 to 21-12-2017. On the day of arrival, I had to request for a last minute airport shuttle from the hotel since my pre-arranged driver did not turn up. I was glad that the staff was of assistance to us and sorted out this issue and sent a driver to pick us up. We stayed in the family loft at the 8th floor. Our package also icluded a breakfast buffet and it was lovely to have a changing menu everyday that we looked forward to each day. Also Bali Mall Galeria could be accessed from a back door of the hotel which was very convenient for us to go shopping. Apart from that, our drivers could also access the place easily. We had a few issues during our stay: 1. The wash basin started leaking at the bottom 2. The shower drainage did not have proper water flow and it started flooding in the shower area 3. Water was dripping onto the floor from the top due to heavy downpours 4. Laundry was picked up before 9am but was not delivered by 6pm on the same day by the laundry service staff. All of the problems were rectified by the relevant department soon after we informed the front desk staff. We were glad that they were efficient in their service. Thank you so much! ibis Styles Bali Kuta Circle is indeed an affordable hotel located in a very convenient location with friendly and efficient staff.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Safe, clean and friendly all were a plus. Breakfast was included, dinner was very good and reasonable . There is a mall next to the hotel and there free shuttle to the beach and a shuttle to the airport for a small fee. A best value hotel

Good hotel, but no lock on the washroom door!
It's a transit hotel, not exactly for tourists. But it was nice altogether. Good rates, polite service, lovely ambiance, and it's right beside the Mal Bali Galeria. A few things that bothered me were: 1. No lock on the washroom door. What about privacy? The door wouldn't even close properly, and a family loft needs at least two washrooms. 2. The breakfast was pretty average. 3. There is no complimentary drinking water. However, this seems to be an issue in every other hotel. Water must be really really scarce in Bali.

Nice hotel
The hotel is located away from the beaches and high activity area, so it's good if you don't want to be around the action. Staff is very friendly & helpful, which matters because I had to call down for standard items that weren't in the room when I got there & after they cleaned. I didn't like that fridge didn't work out maybe it was connected to the master switch, which cuts all the power to the room, which you have to do because it uses the room key and they only give 1 key. The breakfast buffet is great, but make sure you book any transport with them early because they only use 1 5 passenger van & you're out of luck when that's full.

Inexperienced staff and bad location
Hotel is not located near to kuta beach at all, no proper porch or drop off area. The drop off area faces a busy main road. There are no porter services either - we had to bring our own luggage up to our rooms. Family loft or duplex room was very small and the bed on 2nd level was very pathetic - only one small window and bed on the 2nd level. We asked for a change of room to the normal superior room, they were kind enough to give us an extra bed and no additional charge. Restaurant staff are inexperienced - asked for cappuccino 3 times and waited about 30 minutes before someone who knew how to make it prepared it for me. Breakfast was measly everyday - not fantastic but enough to fill the tummy. Pool was ok, but not clean, many particles floating around in the water. Bath towels had a weird smell to it, hair dryer was super slow. In summary - a very no frills hotel without the finer details. If you are ok with that then this hotel is for you. If you are, like us, looking for a good holiday stay with a nice room and view, good service and good food, this place is not for you.

Enjoyable stay
Own access to Bali galeria mall, and a welcome escape from crazy Kuta strip. The hotel even though on a main thoroughfare was quiet and comfortable. Getting a taxi was easy thanks to the security guards out front. 8/10 for value for money.

budget hotel
overall hotel was ok but not as good as it looked in photos. i think they are struggling with business as i saw little people in the hotel or around pool area. There were more staff members than guests :D. Staff was polite and curtious. Room towels had seen better days. Pool was nice.
