hotel no so good . food very bad

Cons: very old hotel can't improved
Location: very bad location nothing next to the hotel
never stay in this hotel again the price so hight ,

Relaxing holiday by the beach :)

Pros: Location and staff.
Cons: Cant fault anything.
Location: Right on the beach, water sports, tennis, swimming, yoga, spa, gym, beauty salon all available in the resort. All restaurants serve quality food.
Had a very relaxing 6 days here, the service by all staff is 5 star. The food is plentiful and of an excellent quality. The wine is very expensive in the resort but there is a bottle shop up the road where you could buy your own. Massage at the spa was first class and the spa was very clean and relaxing. Pool are clean and well maintained. Beach is a few steps away. I love this hotel, have been twice and cant fault a thing.

Great Resort on the Beach!

Pros: Right on the beach and adjacent to the local seafood restaurants.
Cons: Nothing needed to be improved.
Location: Be sure to watch a sunset at the Sunset Beach Bar & Grill! Eat dinner at the local seafood restaurants on the beach for cheap!
This was one of the nicest resort I have ever visited. The entire resort was exceptionally clean all day, every day! The staff addressed you by name and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect.

Pros: The pool was well maintained, the Spa exceeded my expectation and the Beach Bar & Grill is a nice place to unwind.
Cons: This hotel is not located in the heart of entertainment district so if that's what you go to Bali for you might find the taxi ride too long.
I did not meet one employee who did not greet me warmly as they passed by me. While many hotels strive for this type of service level, the Intercontinental Bali achieves it. Well done.

Great experience

Location: It is a bit further away from seminyak and Kuta. Like 40 mins and around 200K in local currency return but that didn't bother us at all
Everything was just great. Great breakfast. Great pool. Great hospitality. Our kid loved the pools and the kids corner at breakfast, he was spoiled by the staff. Would definitely go back

Pros: The pools are very nice and it is easy to access to the beach. The sunset view is amazing.
Cons: The sofa smelled moldy.
Location: There is a spa right in front of the hotel.
We stayed in a two story room and the sofa bed smelled a bit moldy.

Cons: The SPA: it's really not what we can expect from a spa in a resort in Bali. Desappointment from overall ambience and skills from staffs are limited
Room are very old Spa is not what we should expect from such a notorious hospitality brand (despite nice people)
