The property looks nice, but when you looked closely at your room and the bathroom, they were not as clean as you expected. The bath towel was old and rough, there was no towel for hands drying unless you asked for. The surrounding was noisy and the Kuta beach across the street was too crowded with litters everywhere.

It was prettier than any of the photos could show. Everyone was very nice and I got treated as well at 2am when I checked in as I did at noon when I checked out.

The hotel grounds always looked immaculate. We loved the pool area. The room was a bit dated and dark but the staff kept it clean and nice for us. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The area is convenient to shopping and dining. Sadly, we did not use the beach as it was completely littered with trash and I just couldn’t get myself to swim in it. Also, there were many people selling things and services and they were a bit pushy.

This is a lovely hotel , I had a cottage well worth the little extra , great water pressure, big room with outside seating Mini bar stocked with items The restaurant has a super selection for breakfast and the lunch / eve menu and food is excellent All the staff have been fantastic and friendly ( specially DEVI who will always find time for a chat ) thankyou to her I’m on my second stay here and will be back for 3 rd

Kuta Beach Gem
What a wonderful hidden gem in the middle of Kuta Beach. Just steps from the main street with all the action but quiet and serene with beautiful landscaping and lush plants & flowers. The staff go above and beyond to make sure your stay is 5 star and the restaurant provides a delicious breakfast every morning to start the day off right. We would book again in a heartbeat. We stayed in the rooms behind the pool. The room was beautiful, lots of space with a little outdoor seating area. Close to everything but tucked away and very private.

Bathroom was large. AC kept the room at 20 degrees. Location is perfect. Beach is right across the road from hotel. Breakfast buffet was delicious and of great variety. On my 4th day of traveling around the island, I mistakenly ingested some ice in a drink and developed dehydration from severe diarrhea. Pam at reception helped my wife get a visiting doctor and nurse within 20 minutes. This saved our vacation. Later many employees enquired of my progress. Love this place and all its employees.

They have a very good customer service rendered to us esp mention to the duty manager Bogart Harna & front office staff Mariani, they’re both nice & very accommodating. Will definitely come back to stay if we happen to be back in Bali.

Seaview Boutique Resort Hotel is a beautiful old style hotel, this is more appealing than a modern and unemotional building. I love the beautiful gardens lush and green. The rooms are very quiet and well appointed with king bed,safe ,fridge and the bathroom has a tub and rainhead shower. The staff are all very friendly and polite. Couldn't ask for a nicer place to stay so close to the beach and shops.

As someone with bad knees a shower in the bath is not ideal and can be dangerous and not enough hooks for hanging towels etc. plus there’s always that Bali smell coming thru the drains. But that’s Bali. However the positives outweigh the negatives. Thank you Adi for a great cleaning job. Fabulous breakfast. Great pool vibe with the best lounges. Would stay here again 🤗 thank you Seaview staff.

The property and gardens are very beautiful - classic Bali design. The garden cottage was in the older style with a generous porch and couch out the front. The room was perfectly fine but showing a few signs of age. The staff are gracious and helpful. The downside is that it’s in Kuta, and as soon as you step outside the property it’s noisy, dirty and surrounded by the worst side of Bali tourism and the worst international tourists.

We arrived late in the midnight, the old staff is not welcoming and did not explain anything about the room which is different from my booking, very rude to tell us no other room available and contact the manager next day morning. It is unexpected and very upset with the service. Luckily the manager Bogart is very professional and say sorry and explains what happened last night, upgrading our room as compensation. The breakfast has many choices, good for Chinese, Indian and Aussie, but over staff at the first day due to the boss being there, second day not enough staff even no one clean up the table, no one refill the cutlery and cups until asking for them. The standard changes too much with and without the boss. Besides those, the other staffs are polite, the room is nice and the location is perfect, easy access to beach walk mall and kuta beach. The afternoon tea is beyond our expectations. Overall, we are still happy with the stay and thank you sir Bogart making our stay welcoming and special.

I loved this hotel a lot more than I thought I would. Probably my favorite of all of the places I stayed when traveling through Bali. When on the property you don’t even realize you are right in the middle of a very busy city.

This is a great resort, the staff are wonderful,Dasma yasa was one of the staff that was so helpful and kind would always stop and have a chat to make sure we were happy will everything, but all the staff were great, location is also great, the breakfast was the best, the egg lady was wonderful, eggs were always prefect, I give this resort 100 out of 10 would stay there again for sure

We have stayed in this hotel a number of times. It is in a great location, close to the beach, bars and shops. Beautiful gardens and quiet enough, set back from the road. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

Kuta Seaview Boutique Hotel is a wonderful haven of quite within the heartbeat of Kuta. The food is good and the restaurant / breakfast have exciting options. The noisy street falls away once you walk back to your villa. We were lucky to choose this one. The water pressure of the toilet was the only less than perfect thing about the hotel.

Just a stone’s throw from Kuta beach and a very short walks to shopping, restaurants, mini marts and reputable money changers. We stayed in a gorgeous villa with our own veranda and fountain. Bed was comfy and four poster. Staff were friendly and helpful. The pool area was lovely, restful, and refreshing for a swim. Beach bar was great for drinks and snacks.
