worst!
not very pleasant...bad smell the air because I have been told there is landfill approximately 200meter. Room dirty and toilet too... I cancelled the stay (already paid online) and go to another better hotel. Very disappointing.

Definitely get what you pay for.
Staff were friendly. Location isnt the best. Neighborhood was intimidating and we had to pay for taxis if we needed to go into town.

Decent Hotel in Denpassar
Easy to get to from the Airport. The taxi fare should be 150,000 but they always ask for 2000,000 Room ok, the bathroom/toilet as usual pretty grim but at least functional .

You get what you pay for!
We hired a car and just used the hotel as a base so we weren't concerned by the lack of facilities. The hotel is not far (by car) to Sanur Beach and all the facilities available to tourists there. The hotel is pleasant, the staff are friendly and helpful and there is not too much traffic noise. Our room was basically adequate but in need of maintenance.

We booked this hotel not expecting too much especially for the price we paid but when we arrived we were shocked. It can be cheap and clean but this was filthy. The bathroom had a leaking toilet, stains all over the sink and the shower curtain that should of been white was brown. The shower had mould and was just generally very dirty. The bedroom generally wasn't horrific but there was mould all over the corner of the room and the mattresses were covered in stains. Like I said we didn't expect much but when you're travelling you expect a clean room. We didn't acually stay here as planned we arrived and left within an hour, after telling the staff we really weren't happy with the condition of the room they only offered another room, with no apology or questions about why we weren't happy. I really wouldn't recommend staying here, we moved about 10 mins down the road and ended up having a lovely experience.

Affordable, pleasant and professional staff
The Puri Yuma hotel was exactly what I expected, no surprises. I was only there for one night and had a late check in and an early start the next day but the room was immaculate for the amount of money paid for it. Nice hot shower and a aircon blasting away. I've rated this hotel 5/5 because I can't think of anything that would have made my stay more enjoyable. Thank you to all of the staff for having me. I loved it :-)

A cheap and relatively clean hotel, that's conveniently placed close to the ferry terminal for the Gili Islands. It's also really quiet.

This hotel is a has been !
The hotel from the photos on the internet is truly lovely, and it has been a lovely hotel and judging from the room we stayed in, it could be again, with some basic maintenance. 1. the toilet seat was almost unattached.2 the toilet cistern was slow to refill .3 handbasin water ran at a trickle . The shower ran at about 1/2 speed.3 the wall paper on the walls is coming away at the floor level and curling back at the join for up to a meter. The room on entry had a moldy smell. There are a few tiny roadside shops and tiny restaurants up to 600 meters along the roadway each side of the hotel entry but you take your life in your hands walking to them, as due to lack of any footpaths, you need to walk along the edge of the road to get to them. Taxi was required due to distance from the beach and shopping center. The pool did not look like the daily maintenance and Chlorination was being kept up, and although we did swim in it we were careful not to put our heads under water It is well over priced for the condition it is in and for its distance from everything , in my opinion.

We stayed for 2 nights. Nothing much as we took tour to Uluwatu & Jimbaran in the afternoon. Planned to swim but the swimming pool, wasn't clean.

It was a two night stop in sanur. The hotel is not where it states on the Hotels.com website... To get anywhere you had to get a taxi. The rooms are a good size and clean'ish. One of the two rooms had a bad smell of tabaco... We asked for airfreshener but nothing happened.

Don't go!!!!
Too far from the center of Sanur. The room was dirty without any comfort, the restaurant didn't exist or better they didn't have 3/4 of the dishes and for one side of chips and one fruit salad it took almost one hour (we were the only guests in the restaurant). We gave a white t-shirt to the laundry and they use bleach to take off the stain so we had to throw it away. Just run away from it!!!!!

Stay away! You have been warned!
I was extremely disappointed in our stay at Puri Yuma. I am not one to get grossed out by too many things, but our room was disgusting. I am so glad we only stayed one night here. The sheets and towels were stained, the AC was loud and didn't work, the bathroom was very dirty and grimy, and the breakfast was small and mediocre, at best. Not worth the couple dollars savings you would get here.

Very far from center. Only locals in the hotel when we were there. Our room was really dirty (standard double room). One of the beds just broke in half by sitting on it by one of our kids! Don't recommend it!! Dirty!

Quality of service was pretty good although they didnt offer us free shuttle to Kuta when we checked out. Also the sheets were stained when we first got in our room. Pool was really nice and staff nice. Hotel is quite far from anything but if you want a peaceful and quiet place to stay, i would recommend it.

Hotel slightly falling apart. Service slow but smiling. Breakfast - same every day. Nice garden with pool in the middle. Situated far frow Sanur ( it is not Sanur). Few kms from beach! Cheap so you can hire the driver for difference though.

Great little hotel
Came here for a few days recently, the hotel was lovely. Very nice rooms, an absolute bargain for what we paid. Breakfast was good, and the staff very helpful. As long as you are prepared to be a short taxi ride away from Sanur itself, this place is perfect (a taxi to Sanur was about £2.50) but there was shuttle provided by the hotel.

Hotel in the middle of nowhere
The hotel was ok, however it was in the middle of nowhere. You can't really walk anywhere and you are required to get a taxi all the time. We had a hard time in Sanur trying to get a taxi to take us to the hotel, not many taxi drivers know where it is even with the brochure for the place in our hand. The breakfast buffet was more like a small basic meal with cordial for juice. The pool isn't very clean and they let the general public come in, have a swim and a party right outside your rooms until late in the evening (past midnight). The rooms are big and the stone finishes make the place seem very nice.

Puri Yuma was an oasis in a less touristy neighborhood of Sanur. Cleanliness was decent, and the staff was incredibly helpful and tolerant of our inability to speak the local language. Hotel restaurant food was very cheap but also delicious. Free shuttle to Sanur beach was fantastic. Shuttle price into Ubud was reasonable. Only downside was the hotel's location. There was no good areas to walk around the hotel. We had to take a taxis to the main drags of Sanur.

Overrall it was a very pleasant experience. Small things which need to be fixed are the lack of toilet paper (Indonesians use a water squirt), so you have to remind the staff if you need this item, the breakfast was a bit too basic and the bed sheets are not changed every single day. Try to avoid the rooms right next to the swimming pool. We had the bad luck of having noisy children swimming there from 6am. Apart from that the hotel is very clean, the staff is friendly and it is close to Sanur and nearby fruit market and small shops. Ideal for a quiet family holiday or a couple 'hide-away'.

We really enjoyed our stay, the staff were very kind, helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the facilities and layout of the villa. When we arrived we requested for a change of rooms as we were a family, the manager provided the villa to us for minimum of extra cost. Couple of times the staff took us to Kuta and Sanur with the shuttle bus at odd times. Breakfast was served at the villa.

Had to get a taxi pretty much everywhere which isn't expensive (a car to kuta centre is around $10) as not much to do around and about. Pool is nice, restaurant is poorly stocked as usually hadn't got what we wanted to order, a nice place if you want to chill out somewhere off the beaten track for a little while.

Location is just nowhere near anything and hardly the place you would pick for a holiday in Bali. Unfortunately the map on Trip Advisor shows this near the beach and was why I picked it, but it is horrendously incorrect and in no man's land and was back at Sanur beach the following day.

The Puri Yuma staff was very friendly, helpful getting online. The room okay, but the bathroom not so much. The online location they put up is actually wrong and the hotel is not anywhere near the beachfront, but inland. So you have to get everywhere by car or taxi.

The map that you have listed for this hotel is completely inaccurate! The hotel isn't located anywhere near the beach or the downtown area. The hotel staff was very friendly but the hotel is run down, dirty, and way out of the way. They did try to assist with getting you to town when you needed to and with anything else you needed throughout your stay.

The staff are very welcoming and will help you with whatever you need. The restaurant is beautiful and the food is very good. The room was large and had a mini fridge and kettle. I enjoyed my stay and if I have the opportunity to go back I will definitely stay there again.

After we drive through island, we find some hotel near the airport and must not be in Kuta, So we choose this one.The location is just 30 minute to airport with a little traffic jam. The hotel is in a small road apart from Ngurah Bypass road , and very calm, very charm with beautiful swimming pool. The food is delicious and cheap. Staffs are friendly and easy contact that make us very relax. A bathroom look old but with warm water..that's enough by this price. If you use GPS, no Puri Yuma Hotel in list ,but Puri Yuma Residence which is not this hotel(the same owner), however a boy at Puri Yuma Residence ride a bicycle lead us to Puri Yuma Hotel
