HUGE rooms, great pools and servicePosted May 22, 2017
Pros: Staff, rooms, pool
Cons: Free shuttle to beach area (the prices were quite expensive per person for the in-house service).
First stay here in a 2 bedroom suite. The size of the suite is huge, so much space. The pools and staff were a delight! Easy walking distance to the beach area through the back of the resort (around 15 minutes). Great value.

Great family hotel at great valuePosted Apr 19, 2017
Pros: Pools areas were amazing for a family, always plenty of seats/lounges (in March). Staff were SO friendly, kids loved them, apartments were great.
Cons: Slippery around pool area. More to show off hotel from street. Supervised kids club would be great. Breakfast was very expensive (we ate in room).
Location: Location is biggest downfall, but didn't really affect us. Even with 2 kids we could walk back route to Sanur in 6-8 minutes. Sanur a bit quiet
First thought (as driver took us to Sanur Paradise Hotel by accident) is that the hotel is hard to see from the main street. It's not got a lot of street appeal, the entrance quite hard to see on the main road. But - once you go through that entrance, you are then in well designed (but compact) hotel complex. I really loved the staff, treated to a refreshing drink in the lobby. First shown to room 1118, nice balcony with pool view (upgraded from ground floor no balcony). The 2 bed apartments are amazing. We were moved on night 3 due to a burst water main to room 3117, which had even better views over the pool and just that bit further from the pool noise. Can't fault the rooms really - spacious, good air-con, a bathroom with toilet and bath, and the other (off main) with shower and toilet. Kitchen with cooker and water filter, decent fridge. Dining table setting for 4 people. Comfy lounge and large TV in main and bedroom. The pools were on either side of our building (L shaped building and another separate), one kids are with slide and lifeguard and the other with bar and eating areas and lounges. Kids area underneath building in between pools. Kids loved the pools and water slide. This was a winner for us on first family overseas trip. Food was okay price (reasonable for hotel prices) and very good.

Crisp, clean and exceptional staff!Posted Feb 22, 2017 on Wotif
Started off with a lost booking but no problem for the girls at FOH! Got an upgrade to a double suite because my booking never made it from Wotif. Nothing but smiles and happy conversation everytime we walked past as well as from all staff around the property. Nothing was too hard or too much. Clean facilities and fantastic room. Could use more shading around the pool as the same family kept taking the shaded area each day - perhaps collapsible beach umbrellas. Fabulous otherwise! Will be back!

Large size rooms but dated facilities.Posted Feb 4, 2017
Conveniently located hotel with large rooms. Very welcoming and attentive staff. However the facilities are starting to show their age e.g. the swimming pool needs an overhaul. Breakfast is also just average - first time in Bali where canned fruit juice was provided! The issue of backdoor access after 6pm send to be an on going matter. Management keep saying that it's a security issue - but can't they extend the backdoor security guard's presence (he's there all day anyway) by an additional 2 or 3 hours?

Nice hotelPosted Feb 2, 2017
Pros: Siutes were excellent, kept very clean, staff were nice
Cons: Breafast menu could do with more variety, beach area lounges need to be cleaned or replaced
Location: Isolated from tourist spots, tried to compensate with shuttle bus which was good
Very nice hotel and staff, only downside a bit isolated from tourist area

Great hotel for holidays with kidsPosted Jan 10, 2017
Pros: Kids programm, pool area, breakfast buffet, friendly staff, nice ambience , very spacious rooms, good TV programms
Cons: The WiFi reception inside the appartment was often weak or interrupted. (Outside at the pool or on the balcony it was good. )
Location: Sanur has a nice beach with the reef in front (attention: sea urchins! wear shoes when going deeper). Took a glass bottom boat for snorkeling, super!!
Our stay was very pleasant even during the few days with rain, since the hotel's Kids Splash programm is very good. In an open basement there is a chess game with big figures, pool tables, pingpong tables, darts, playstation, corner for small kids, and the staff is very nice with their animation programm (games in the pool, arts and crafts, treasure hunt and more). They even help with the playstation programms. The hotel grounds are nicely maintained, clean, and through the back door one can walk to the beach or shopping street. The hotel beach is about 20 min. walk, but the hotel's own shuttle bus goes frequently and even stops at the supermarket.
