Pros: メゾネットタイプで部屋が広々としていた点。高台のレストランで食べる朝食は、街が見渡せて気持ちよかった。
Cons: バスタブがあり、ジェットバスの機能も付いているようだったが、壊れているのか、使えなかった。また、水量が細く、なかなかお湯が貯まらなかった。
Location: 深夜着だったので、空港からのアクセスが良いのでこのホテルを選択した。ビーチはないが、ヌサドゥアビーチまで送迎してくれるシャトルバスがあるので、便利である。

Did not live up to expectations

Pros: Pool was cleaned daily, despite having leaves falling into the pool often. The toilet was clean and had warm water all the time.
Cons: Mentioned above in my experience. General expectations (especially service) were not met by this Villa.
Location: Located near the corner of Nursa Dua, there's nothing to do nearby. Take a taxi, or prepare to order food in. We were happy to take a taxi out.
I booked this hotel based off the positive recommendations by others on Expedia. Sad to say, I'm disappointed when I went there. Being the second time there in a few months, my girlfriend and I decided to try a new Villa, and decided to book Tanadewa. Here is my experience:- 1) Luggage was mishandled by the "professional butler" that they advertised on their villa page. One of the wheels of the luggage broke off while he carried it from the reception to our Villa. It took them nearly 4 days for their "engineers" to fix the luggage. They "fixed" it by using glue. 2) The reception was often unoccupied. The previous villa we went to would always have someone there, ready to handle any queries we had. We often found ourselves waiting for someone as we often had to book a taxi to get to where we wanted to go. 3) Shuttle services. They have one bus service going to the Bali Collection, which is an expensive, high-end area of Bali. It'll take you a grand total of one night to visit the entirety of that location. 4) Air-conditioning. Bali, being in the tropical region, is really warm and humid. The air-conditioning in the Villa was horribly warm, and was unable to cool the entire room. I was sweating while I slept. 5) Honesty. Their driver suggested we rent their car at a fee of 200,000 rp when we wanted to go to Seminyak. Do not listen. A taxi is way cheaper. He told us it was about the same price when a taxi costs about 110,000 rp.

Nice Hotel, Friendly staff

Cons: Breakfast menu is disappointing, better to eat breakfast somewhere else. Villas and resort need some maintenance overall.
Location: Most activities are within 15min drive
Enjoyed the privacy of the villas, Hotel staff very friendly and helpful.

Without a doubt, I will be staying here if I have the pleasure of visiting Bali again. While not on the beach, its location on the top of a hill offers stunning views, particularly from the restaurant. The villas with private pools are not only gorgeously done, but offer a welcome respite at all hours of the day in the Bali heat. And there is not enough to stay about the staff. They were so accommodating and nice.

Air conditioning not cold enough

Overall experience is good. Only few comments, the air conditioning at bedroom is not cold enough. Highly suggest that the hotel should repair or replace the air conditioning. Also, the exhaust fan at toilet is not function well.

Vi var en grupp på sex personer som bodde i tre villor. Att få mat eller service tog väldigt lång tid, det kunde ta 90 minuter att få middag t ex. Kemtvätten misslyckades totalt med alla våra inlämnade kläder och dök även upp 12 timmar sent - utan ursäkt. Vi beställde frukost på rummet vilket de inte klarade av att leverera utan förklaring och ursäkt. Efter tjat om att träffa ledningen fick vi en halv ursäkt. Giftshoppen och gymmet stank av mögel.

通りを1本中に入ったところにある素敵なヴィラ。空港にも近いです。 隣の音が少し聞こえるものの、しっかりとプライバシーが守られた快適な空間がとても気に入りました。 スパの予約をした際に、少し手違いがあったものの、すぐに代わりのスパを予約してくれ、臨機応変に対応してくれました。 どのスタッフも会えば挨拶をしてくれて、困った時にはすぐに力になってくれました。 観光地のごみごみした感じもなく、ゆったり過ごしたい方にはとてもお勧めです。
