Close to everything but

The 24hour club that’s attached to the restaurant is great. Restaurant food was also great and reasonably priced. Staff is excellent! But the room itself could have been cleaner, a few bed bugs on the mattress and the sounds of rodents in the ceiling made it unpleasant. Bathroom is very small and not very pleasant.

Rix, sorry about your concern of the cleanliness fo your room, the staff has been instructed to take better care. Bed bugs, I've inspected the room personally and can assure you there were no bed bugs, I did however find some of those pesky little german cockroaches, everything is being do to eliminate those critters. As far as the rodent's go, we have traps set and do our best to stay ahead to the problem. I hope that we see you return and try us out again

Good central location

Staff is great and I always stay there because of it central location. It has a good restaurant that has an international menu. They have the Vodoo lounge/bar which drinks can be expensive so I tend to stay out of there (women,alcohol and money don’t mix) Pool is ok and rooms are clean and it’s affordable. Transportation to and from Manila is available and reasonable.

First time trip to Angeles City and Kokomo’s was a comfortable and safe location for me. Food at attached restaraunt was very tasty and priced fairly. Staff was excellent. Office manager Rina very helpful answering questions about area and offered any assistance needed with my needs. I will stay here again.

Kokomo’s is OK

Kokomo’s is an old hotel, but clean. Discounts in restaurant and certain bars was nice. Staff in hotel and restaurant are helpful and friendly.

Nice hotel right in the heart of walking street

Pros: everything
Cons: nothing
Location: walking street is all you need to know
This was my third stay at Kokomos. The Chumber maids do a good job of cleaning the rooms. The staff here are friendly and the service is outstanding. This place never closes. I Love this Hotel.

Sorry to hear that John ... We really need to add earplugs to our minibar selection, especially around the new year as our area can to get a bit overly festive.... We appreciate your visit and hope by now you have caught up on your sleep.

Not bad but not very good

I was in room nub 10 . They were renovating The room beside. Disturbing most of the day. Sometimes no electric current in my room

Sir, I apologize for the noisy renovation as we make our effort to improve our room quality, noise is unfortunate by-product. Our renovations will be completed this year and the noise problem should be completely gone at that time. We are not sure why no electric current at times but I suspect this may have been related to our renovation effort. Sir, sorry we failed in delivering to your expectations, but I hope you will return one day and experience our nicer, quieter rooms.

Trip was great and hotel was great for the money the only thing was food was so so but everywhere in town was that way and the water in the bath room did not smell good
