“When got there late to check in Friday night. We got into the cabin and noticed it was freezing. The heat was turned up max but still freezing. We looked around the cabin and noticed hardly no privacy or coverings for the windows. We looked in the bathroom and noticed a window without a blind in the shower with a see through covering, no way to cover that window forPrivacy use of the bathroom. We also noticed used food piled in the freezer and fridge door. Due to privacy issues of the bathroom……

“The host was great in communicating check in and check out instructions! We appreciated being able to park in the driveway and the fenced in back yard was also a nice amenity. Would definitely stay here again!”

“The property was close to the areas we wanted to explore and Heather, our host was very responsive to our questions and concerns. The property is on a busy highway with a lot of traffic. The oven was dirty and cooking pots/pans old and worn. We didn’t feel comfortable cooking meals there. Our bedrooms were comfortable and had televisions. We especially enjoyed the fire pit outside.”

“We had a great time at Riverview Retreat! The house was perfect for our group and offered beautiful views. We especially loved the fireplace and all of the amenities they had available. The hot tub code was missing from the manual so we weren't able to use it on our first night and the spiral staircase was pretty intimidating for the weather we had. Heed the warnings about needing four wheel drive in the winter for the driveway. I was thankful there wasn't snow as it would have been scary to……

Kim and Todd think of everything, I don’t think I have enough room to name all the great things: the kitchen has everything you could possibly need to cook, bake, and eat meals around the table. I really appreciated the coffee station. The place is so nicely furnished and decorated; even the outside was so whimsical and decorated for Christmas!
