Hotel is clean, quiet, pool and sauna are in great condition, new towels. SPA services available right on site what is very convenient. Staff is so welcomed and helpful.. will definately stay there again.

I went to this Inn and there was nobody at the desk. I waited for at least 20 (maybe 30) minutes. The lobby/reception area look dirty and with a feeling of abandonment. It smells musty and like cigarette. Pretty disgusting overall. When the receptionist finally came in, another customer started to say they wanted a refund because the room was nasty, with brown water coming out of the faucet, and that they found an adult toy in the room. The receptionist suddenly started yelling and screaming at the customer violently. We picked up our stuff and immediately left. I'm only reviewing this because Expedia requested my review, but technically I didn't stay in this place, and never will.

I liked the bulk shampoo & shower gel. the bathroom window is nice. Breakfast is in a pleasant room with very good coffee. I wish there had been a rug in front of the door, so we didn't track snow and dirt into the room.

We loved staying here! It's something we were able to cross off our list. The only things that wouldve made it better was having a clock in our room. We celebrated our honeymoon and wanted to keep the phones off but we needed an alarm. And the shower head in room 148 should be replaced because there wasn't much pressure. I have very thick hair so it took a while to wash, condition and rinse it. But overall still very happy with everything else! Massages were amazing. Had the hot tub to ourselves. And the gentleman at the front desk made us waffles even though they closed breakfast early. Definitely going back some day!

The night staff guy is pretty rude, but he could've just had an off night. The room was awesome! Had to call the service desk from my personal phone because the phone didnt call out which i find odd. had a jacuzzi! Hot tub was nice and clean. Spa facilities were awesome. Couple things like an ice machine and vending were broken. Wehad a very nice stay all around though, cozy and old fashioned

This property is a decent distance outside of Saratoga Springs proper, and even from the park itself. It's a motel at best. While my room was no smoking, it had a musty, smoking scent to it. There were only three or so rooms booked in the bank of rooms facing the road, and they placed us all together, so I could hear the race fans who were tailgating outside my window.

Upon check in guy behind the counter was rude.. i asked him questions and he had zero clue about anything. Got to the room and it smelled like a swamp, had to clean the shower when i stepped in it it was soft and felt like i was going to fall through it. carpeting was wavy in the hallways. Tub did not drain easily. Had to go to front desk late afternoon to get our room cleaned & remade. Keys needed to be reset to open our room. Continental breakfast was very limited & had to ask for milk for cereal 2 days in a row. We will Not be returning!

Good stay.
The place was fine. Very comfortable and the amenities are great. Everything is a little dated and streaky mirrors and bathroom tiles make you wonder. But the nights are quiet and I had a good night sleep. I would stay there again anyway.

So-so
The first room they put us in was not cleaned. We asked to move, which they did and the second room was better. Carpet was still dirty but at least the bedsheets and bathroom were cleaned in the second room. Pool closes at 8 pm, which is kind of early.

They did have WiFi. They just don’t tell you. 😂 no handicap accommodations bc everything has at least a large step up to sidewalk and no handicap parking, even though there is a dip.
