Staff were friendly. You need to book an exact time for breakfast and dinner but they do allow some leeway. The hotel is old in places but in general it is comfortable, in a great location and a nice place to stay

Staff goes above & beyond to give guests extraordinary service, nice spacious room, beautiful scenery and walking paths around property, quiet night’s sleep, updated bathroom and dining onsite was nice after a long day hiking on the causeway.

Beautiful hotel with wonderful, friendly staff and an excellent restaurant. The location is perfect and you get free access to the causeway visitor centre when staying at the hotel.

An enjoyable stay
We enjoyed a few nights here in January. It's a great location for accessing the Causeway coastal path. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The bar is a great place to relax and the breakfast is wonderful. The room was comfortable enough, however the bathroom desperately needed an upgrade...the bath/shower was very mouldy.

This hotel has charm from its location and is clean. However we couldn't get the heating in our room to work much, the sink plug wouldn't open and there was no wifi in the room. Otherwise the room itself was well appointed and ideal.

This is a historic property next to Giant's Causeway and the visitor center. Next to the ocean and walking/hiking trails. Restaurant in the building. (No other restaurants within walking distance, but a few minutes drive to Bushmills town). Free admission to Visitor Center with stay. Centrally located to many beautiful coastal sights, castles and attractions. Staff was very helpful. Great views.

Wonderful stay
Wonderful hotel, excellent service, very accommodating, fabulous food. Room was beautiful, a little tired but cosy. Amazing location, free breakfast was superb, dinner was fab, free access to the Causeway and free parking. Will definitely return.

The property is a beautiful old historic slice of N. Ireland. Really lovely staff, well appointed rooms, great food and a fabulous breakfast! Well worth the money for it's position and views.

A great old hotel with a wonderful staff, especially Terry. Excellent food - breakfast in the dining room and dinner in the pub. Our room was large and the beds comfortable.

I was in Bushmills for a friend's wedding. The Causeway Hotel turned out to be everyone's favorite stop. It had a great bar for gathering, a great staff was always available, and the views were breathtaking. It was also only 2 miles from the middle of Bushmills. Perfect to be a part of everything but also just far enough away if a breather is needed.

We booked this hotel because of its convenience to the Causeway trails. The hotel is right beside the visitors centre for the Giants Causeway, and is seeped in history with a lovely bar and restaurant. The desserts were the best I have ever had at a restaurant. The service was very professional, but we could tell they were struggling to keep up. We noticed in our travels, that a shortage of staff is common, and it seemed to be here as well. Our room was on a corner of the building, so had wonderful views of the farm fields and the ocean. I highly recommend you stay here.

Best location for visiting the Giant’s Causeway! It’s literally right outside. Booking a room includes large breakfast and free entry into the Causeway. Front desk staff were friendly and ready to answer any questions. Often had to wait to be seated in the restaurant or bar, but once seated staff were friendly and quick to take our order. Property is a bit dated, but comfortable and room/bathroom was spacious. Five minute drive to the Bushmills Distillery and town of Bushmills.
