Like Walking into a Jane Austin NovelPosted Mar 6, 2018
Pros: Everything; it's a true escape.
Location: Charming small town with beautiful walks in store.
As an American, this was unlike any "hotel" I've ever stayed at. Gregan's Castle is a beautiful home like hotel with exquisite attention to detail in decor, cuisine and customer service. Seriously, a romantic fairy tale of a stay. I can't recommend them enough. I would love to return again one day!

An out of the way location but well worth the drive as a mini break to relax while in Eire.

Magnificent LocationPosted Sep 23, 2017
Pros: Loved the location, the view and the sense of peace and relaxation. The accommodations were outstanding. The shower pressure was a dream.
Cons: Cannot think of anything. Everone was very accommodating.
Location: Our third stop in the Ballyvaughn area. Great for outdoor enthusiasts or those who want to relax. Once again enjoyed a stop at O'Lochains Pub
Loved our recent stay at Gregans Castle. The setting is truly out of a postcard with rolling fields, cool woods and the mighty Burren for a background. The room was very luxurious, with a garden view and a shower that matched any massage. Sitting by the fire with a glass of wine was excellent for the blood pressure

One of the best stays on our trip to IrelandPosted Aug 23, 2017
Pros: The hotel is very unique! Rooms are specially appointed with furniture of the period but with modern comforts. There is no TV's but not a problem
Cons: nothing it is fantastic as it is!
Location: Cliffs of Mohr, the Burren, small villages, the hotel itself!
The hotel is very unique! Rooms are specially appointed with furniture of the period but with modern comforts. There is no TV's but didn't seem to miss it. Food was fantastic. The staff was some of the best I have experienced on the many hundreds of trips I have taken
