The holiday home, which was completed in 2016, offers enough space for a relaxing holiday on the Baltic Sea on approx. The comfortable equipment leaves nothing to be desired and invites you to relax. The three cozy and individually furnished bedrooms each have a radio and flat screen TV (incl. DVD player) and offer an ideal retreat.

When the weather is nice, enjoy the large garden with wooden terrace, the unobstructed view and the wonderful tranquility (the holiday home is in a private path). The Juliusruh beach is about 800 meters away, you can easily reach it on foot in a few minutes.

The house is family-friendly. For our little guests there is a bathtub, a travel cot with an additional mattress (Alvi), a high chair and a changing mat.

The house is heated by underfloor heating, which can be individually regulated in all rooms. A living room ventilation system ensures a pleasant room climate.

The house was furnished with much love and care. An open and spacious country house kitchen awaits you on the ground floor, adjacent to which is the living and dining area.

- All beds are equipped with firm mattresses and hardness-adjustable slatted frames (incl. adjustable headboard)

The house is located in a quiet Pivatstrasse at the end of the park path, directly adjacent to the Juliusruh park. It is only a few steps from the holiday home to the park and approx. 800 meters to the Baltic Sea and the 10 km long sandy beach. If you prefer the port at Breeger Bodden, you will reach it after approx. 1.5 km.

The Baltic Sea resort of Breege-Juliusruh is located in the north of the island of Rügen on the Wittow peninsula between the bay and the sea. Cape Arkona with its two lighthouses is only 10 km away. The Wittow peninsula has very well-developed cycling trails. From Breeger Hafen you can start boat trips to the island of Hiddensee or the Störtebekker Festival. The Bodden is a popular destination for sailing or fishing trips.
