Das Parkhotel wurde während unseres Aufenthaltes von nur vier Personen gemanagt- Rezeptionistin, Reinigungskraft, Küchenhilfe beim Frühstück und Serviererin, die das Frühstückbuffet versorgte. Die Rezeption war jeweils von 11 bis 21 Uhr besetzt. Nebenbei war diese Angestellte dann noch für den Wellnessbereich mit Schwimmbad und Sauna sowie die "Bar" verantwortlich, die von 18 bis 21 Uhr "geöffnet" war. Hier wurde Barzahlung verlangt!!! Das Restaurant, mit dem noch geworben wird, ist schon seit Ende der Corona-Auflagen geschlossen. Wer abends etwas essen möchte, ist also gezwungen, sich auswärts umzusehen. Das Frühstuck wird auf blanken Tischen ohne Tischdecken (Serviette in der Mitte) angeboten - ähnlich wie in einer Jugendherberge. Bei 4-Sterne-Preisen gehört eine Tischdecke schon dazu. Die Frühstücksfee hatte allein straff zu tun, das Buffet am Laufen zu halten und die Tische abzuräumen. Am Samstag, bei fast vollständiger Belegung der Zimmer, schaffte sie es selbst unter Mitarbeit der Küchenhilfe am Buffett nicht. Es staute sich das Geschirr auf den Tischen und die Löcher in der Auslage wurden größer. Die Reinigung der Zimmer erfolgt der dünnen Besetzung wegen nur alle DREI Tage planmäßig. Es ging dann leider nur um die Grobreinigung - Staubsaugen, Mülleimer leeren, fertig. Die Angestellten gaben dennoch alles, um die offensichtlichen Defizite zu begrenzen. Sie hatten jedoch keine Chance, den Wohlfühlfaktor auf Urlaubsbsniveau zu bringen. Wir wurden heftig abgezockt.

Die Doppelzimmerfotos bei Expedia suggerierten eine bessere Ausstattung (Badewanne) als tatsächlich vorhanden. Unsere Suite hatte Spinnenweben im Fenster und eine mittelmäßig funktionierende Heizung im Hauptzimmer, beides blieb während des Aufenthalts so (4 Nächte). Es gab keinen Wasserkocher auf der Suite, den haben wir aber von der Rezeption bekommen. Der Pool fühlte sich ziemlich kalt an und der Whirlpool war außer Betrieb. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich, die Qualität war ok. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Am letzten Tag erwartete uns dann beim Frühstück noch eine kleine Überraschung, da es unsere Hochzeitsreise war. Nur sehr altes Publikum Honeymoon hat niemanden interessiert

Einige Dinge müssten überholt und ordentlich gereinigt werden. Zum Teil sehr abgewohnt und investitionsbedüftig. Bspw. der Spa Bereich, die Couch und Betten. Für eine Nacht war es okay. Die Hygiene und Sauberkeit kann ebenfalls noch stark verbessert werden.
