Our “confirmed” reservation was not available, they were oversold, we had to go elsewhere. This hotel is awful.

The service overall was fine. On my first night there, there was no little hot water so I could barely take a shower that night. Also, I was charged for my breakfast which I was not told would be extra. Overall, the staff was very friendly. The location was not convenient at all. I had to Uber in my food and call an Uber to take a trip down anywhere. It's a very isolated area, but it would be great to have more access to transit without walking too far. A convenient walk to the nearest transit stop or restaurants would be nice. This isn't the problem of Aloft, but just a general observation for the entire block of hotels around here.

This hotel is in a great location to Airport is why we stayed here twice but funny to say first time was a few years ago and just stayed there and even now. both times NO HOT WATER!! first time they comp are room. This time front desk just said hotel is under renovation They need to post that you may or may not get hot water with your stay!!

We could not travel due to dangerous weather and travel conditions. This hotel would not refund our money or even give us credit to stay at a later date. They were not flexible or understanding in any way. We simply just lost our money, regardless of our multiple attempts to negotiate with them. Would not recommend this hotel.

I'll only put the con since this is a Marriott related property which meant they kept the standard associated with Marriott. Con: - paid breakfast which was not shown in the website and not told by the receptionist - website states that there is a restaurant in the hotel which turned out to be restaurant at the hotel next door.

Great stay, not a great long term parking experien
Our staywas comfortable the only real issue we had was we chose to pay to have our car there so we could grab the shuttle for our VERY early morning flight. The shuttle in was great, very convenient. However, when we returned late last night and tried to call multiple times for the shuttle to pick us back up we couldn't get a hold of anyone. It was also difficult to get an Uber due to the short fair and so we eventually had tograb a cab at 1 am to get to our car. Next time i would not use their parkeing service, it was more expensive but we thought it would be more convenient. It turned out not to be.

Customer service was great. Overall cleanliness was great. I did not like the shower head in the shower. The shower heads need to be changed in order to take a good shower. The mattress was entirely too hard. Other than those two things the stay was good

The morning of check out, I was awaken out of my sleep by housekeeping on 3 separate occasions prior to check out time, so I was unable to get sufficient sleep despite arriving very early in the morning. The room was also not equipped with the Do not disturb tag to serve as a deterrent for housekeeping. I take my sleep very seriously and was not thrilled at my experience this time around.

Upgraded gym
Check in was quick like it usually is at this property. I went up to the room and changed for a quick walk on the treadmill and much to my surprise they had upgraded all of the equipment which was pretty awesome. The room itself was very comfortable for just me and the AC was pretty cold so I just shut it down eventually.
