The staff is extremely friendly, the room was clean with a fresh smell and comfortable bed. The small indoor pool was very disappointing. Children swimming classes are held from 9-9 most days. Pool hrs. 7-11, We were there for 6days and It just never worked with our schedule. We did not see security cameras in the hallways and other guests can get loud and not follow the rules. *Dogs are welcomed. Property grounds could be cleaner; trash under the bushes,& in the parking lot. No free hot water for tea, or coffee in lobby. Any food or drinks are extra. Convenient location to 175, 95 and 29, Lots of restaurants and shopping.

Was a quick stop along our road trip. Excellent stay for the low price we paid. Staff was excellent and friendly. Room was large and bed was extra comfortable. Appreciated the easy to make single coffee and the towels were soft and fluffy. We did not purchase breakfast after reading the reviews and agree that it is pretty sparse and would recommend you just enjoy food options around town. Would stay again.

We felt safe and the hotel and room is very clean. My only dislike was the smell of smoke (cigarettes, cigars and or mariguana) on the uppers floors. There’s signs for not smoking but some people just don’t listen.

It was my first time staying and it was the easiest check-in experience with no lines. I stayed on the first floor which was ok because I could get to may car fast. The property was clean. Kind of busy with children playing but as soon as quiet time hit, they calmed down. The bathroom was very clean from the fixtures to the perfect caulking and tub surface. The towels and bedding was white. I did not see any stains. Refrigerator was big enough for two champagne bottles and more. Water pressure was good and I love the option to stream netflix. The cute sofa was comfortable and the bed was extremely comfortable as well as the pillows. Nice space to put my clothes and enough hangers to hang them. Iron worked and the desk rolled out which was a cool feature because I had to work. Free wifi always does the trick and it was easy to access it. People seem to really enjoy the indoor pool feature. The breakfast store rep was very kind. The location is close to wegmans, starbucks, dispensary and other stores. It was cozy and comfortable. I appreciated my stay.

it’s a very clean and quiet hotel. very quiet area, alone to many stores, and food places. so it makes it even more convenient. i don’t agree with the $5 a night parking fee, they have plenty of parking and it’s not a congested area. the room is clean, i wish there was a microwave inside the room not down the hall by the vending machine. for the price and the area it’s in this is a very good hotel, and all other guests are quiet and respectful. the staff is informative and nice. i really enjoyed my stay with my fiance and our 3 year old. our child enjoyed the pool as we did too. they open it early and close it late, it’s kept warm in the pool area and they keep the water really warm as well.

I was surprised to learn that there was a $5 a day parking fee. Come on, it's a motel basically. I was surprised that my room was not cleaned each day and that I had to ask for coffee and cups on my second and thrid morning at the reception desk in the lobby. Surely, I should be able to make a cup of coffee without having to get dressed and go to the lobby.

Pros: close to highway, building was quiet. Cons: bed sagged so much it was difficult to sleep. Water pressure was not good. $5 parking fee as if this was a downtown hotel instead of a suburban location with a mostly empty lot. Worst of all, we found used lingerie under the bed while packing. All in all we will not be coming back.

The check in was quick. There also is express check out (which you just leave the key in a box there) Lobby was clean. The actual room was made up but not actually clean. There was hair all over the beds. When we pulled the sheet even more hair. The pillow had hair. The bathtub had hair. We were only there for one night. The day of check out housekeeping was there at 9 am, we weren’t even ready to check out just yet. The rooms look nice, the layout is nice. The things I mentioned are not necessarily a deal breaker for people but these are the things that stuck out to me. I didn’t like my experience even for my short stay.

The rating between a 3/5 and 4/5 was hard but ultimately because of the $5 parking fee and the crazy expensive breakfast, it brought this hotel rating down to a 3/5. The staff were incredibly nice, and they make this hotel. It was snowing this morning and they offered to give me a broom. Also, the lady at the food station was VERY personable. She deserves a raise. This hotel itself is situated in a nice, quiet area. The floors were very hallow so you hear when people are waking in the hallway. If they remove the parking fee and consider a different route for breakfast I would consider staying here again, however would rather pay the extra cost to stay at the Hampton inn until that is reassessed.

Dont Buy the breakfast and there is parking fees
Room was nice and comfy but the bathroom was really small. There is a $5 charge per day for parking unless you are a member of the hotel chain. My biggest complaint and biggest rip off was the $9 upcharge for breakfast. Dont waste your money!!!! They do serve sanwiches but you get a choice of coffee or juice plus you get 1 prepackaged pastry and 1 choice of prepackages cereal or fruit!! Thats all. ..

Convenient location. Quiet, even when hotel was full. Friendly, helpful staff. Ample, well lit parking. Comfortable beds. Consistently given 3 sets of towels for 4 people. Multiple electrical outlets non-functional in room. Breakfast add-on was total ripoff. Overall, I'd stay there again for sure, just not adding on that breakfast option.
