Not bad at all. All the staff was friendly and welcoming. Only reason I didn't give it an across the board 5star rating was the chincy breakfast. That's my only complaint. There was food yea, but cereal, apples, bagels and granola... My only complaint

When I booked the hotel you didn’t tell me that the coffee shop and restaurant were closed. A full breakfast was supposed to be included in the price. Now they are only offering what they describe as grab and go breakfast items. Someone should give me a discount. This is false advertising.

We booked a room with a QUEEN bed. It was clearly a double and the pillows were small and uncomfortable. But I guess for the $ it is what it is. Staff were nice though.

The receptionist was awesome and very pleasant, the room was nasty turned back the cover and sheet had big brown stain on it ,turned my stomach who would leave a sheet like that on a bed for a customer to see called front desk for clean bedding took 1/2 hour and had to call again to get the sheets she did apologize. I will never stay here again.

LOVED THE LOCATION ! Very close to events centers. Hotel breakfast was very subpar, but Dunkin’ Donuts is a block or so away. Hotel needs a little TLC. Room was very Clean. Not a bad stay. Just needs some fixing.

The room was not as clean as I would expect. There were food crumbs on a chair near the bed, a leaf in the bedsheets, and the tile in the bathroom was stained. The bench was also stained and the desk was not clean. I stayed for an event at the CFG arena. So that was conveniently close by. However, my daughter would not even shower there. The staff was super nice at the front desk.

Hotel charges $1.00 for the safe in the room, whether you use it or not. This is in addition to the "all inclusive" price Expedia shows and is paid at the property. Even the front desk person said it was a scam and an easy way to make a couple hundred dollars without effort.

Room was not well cleaned. There was old gum stuck on the carpet next to the bed and hair on the shower wall. There was nothing left at the grab & go breakfast station at 8am. The counter staff were very nice for both check-in and check-out.

Property very convenient to Convention center lots of restaurants within walking distance. After booking received email pool closed, restaurant closed. Breakfast was not good. Front desk staff very nice and helpful

The hotel has seen better days. Maintenance and upkeep is needed. The first room I checked into had no hot water at the sink. The second room had some broken sink and tub fixtures, but worked for my needs. The floor carpeting had several stained areas. The hallway leading to my new room was excessively hot (roastingly). Luckily the room AC countered the heat and made the room bearable.

I loved the staff and the rooms were very clean. I love the whirlpool tubs! I probably wouldn’t stay here as a woman by myself again because the surrounding area wasn’t safe. Crackheads sleeping in front of the garage, running and hopping (literally) around the garage as well. It wasn’t clear how to get from the parking garage to the hotel. I do like that the entrance is locked from 11-7am for safety and so is the garage. The front is well lit but I didn’t see any cameras so I’m not sure if it was safe or not. But the alleyway in front of the hotel is dark and sketchy. All and all this would make a good date night hotel. I wish they had more options for cold breakfast.

From the time we entered, the associate was smiling, friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond remarkable customer service. She eased our worries of getting food, parking and extending our parking after checkout and hold our luggage. Did i say excellent customer service? She was outstanding.

Our room was not ready when we arrived at 5:30pm. Then they put us in a double bed room when we asked for a queen. Once we got up to the room, it was dirty, bathroom was a mess and the sheet/comforter was on the floor. Went back downstairs to let them know and took us 30 mins for them to put us in a different room. The experience overall was not good and would like a response from someone. A portion of this trip should be refunded. It seems that location is severely understaffed. There was also another $47 charge on my account that came through today with no idea why.

The room was very old an out dated..the carpet was stained and my socks were so dirty from walking on it..the bed frames were dirty the sheets had stains. The toilet would not flush all the way. It was very quiet I felt like we were the only guest in the hotel the 3 days we were there I never saw any other guest. I would not stay again

Check in was easy and thats about it!! Room key did not work, so counterstaff states others have had problems with that room so was given another room, there was no room service at all for the three days. Odor in hallways, and sticky floors.. no bar or restaurant.. during evenings the outdoors door lock how ever that access cose was broken so was forced to rely on customer service to open door when you got there attention!!

We arrived at 4:15 only to be told our room wasn’t ready even though our check in was at 3:00. The hallway smelled like stale beer. Overall the place was old looking. It was clean. Also be aware if you’re coming to town for an event they’ll jack the rate up significantly.
