Nice hotel close to airport

Pros: Location
Cons: Clean carpet and remove musty smell.
Location: G&M Restaurant. Great food, old school atmosphere. Get the crab cake.
My only criticism is the room smelled musty. Otherwise a nice hotel.

Great place to stay

Pros: Rooms are a good size. Beds are very comfortable.
Cons: Food.
Location: Location is remote from traffic, but still close to the airport.
Comfortable, clean room. Quiet. The only real negative: The breakfast is not good (the only meal I've eaten there). I've had better free breakfasts in motels.

The Hotel was very inviting and extremely Clean

Pros: Nice, Clean hotel with good ammenities
Cons: The staff
Location: I don't know much about the City; but the traffic was terrible in all directions.
The staff was not attentive, The 1st night we requested additional towels (did not receive them) they never arrived. Day 2 we requested the room to be cleaned along with bath towels again and towel bath rug (did not happen). The Hotel itself was clean and inviting; but the staff just could not seem to get it together. Keeping pisitive: Maybe there was a towel shortage. I would book and stay again!!!

Only 1 desk person was rude about your cookies. I went a picked up some cookies before I went to bed. I went back to the desk to ask a question. Before I could say anything the desk clerk said to me, I'm not giving you anymore cookies. I told her I didn't want any more cookies and I wasn't going to ask for any. I didn't like that comment at all. Had paid over 500.00 to stay at your hotel for 4 days

You have to constantly ask for towels and they sometimes forget to bring them to you. I heard yhe same request from other guest during the duration of my stay. I know they are about perservation but the giving of towels and customer service could have been better. The room was damp and had a lot of mositure. The only thing I enjoyed was the decore and the breakfast option. The front desk staff wasnt very friendly or helpful. This hotel is good if you are only there for a one night stay to get to bwi airport.
