Could always be worst

Our first room had a gross rust stain around the stain. The bedroom and bathroom doors were either to lose they didn't stay shut or too tight you had to lift up to shut. Large amount of dust on TV stand shelf. Could use new couches! Wasn't aware I would have only a mini fridge in a suite! Staying for a week with a baby we wanted a regular refridgerator. No supplies for the kitchen like paper towels or sponge or even dishes. Safe in our room did not work. Bed was comfortable. Small vanity space in bathroom. For the most part staff seemed nice and our request for more towels was met quickly.

Convenient location

Cons: Room cleanliness but again, this could have been due to the recent weather issues.
Location: Inner Harbor, Royal Farms arena, Ravens football/Orioles basball, Baltimore Aquarium
Overall, it was a good stay. My issues were with a manager asking guests to write good reviews for him so he can receive a bonus (but he wasn't supposed to tell anyone). However, the front desk staff and the lounge/kitchen staff were very good. The breakfast in the morning was very good. The room was a bit musty and the bed was very hard. The musty smell was probably due to the recent snow storms the week prior. The room was very roomy and more than adequate. The hotel is very well located in the central area of downtown and within walking distance of the inner harbor and Royal Farms arena.

Great location to get to the convention center and the harbour. Free Breakfast was very good.

Nice hotel right in the inner harbor

Pros: View from the 30th floor
Cons: Everything was great, very satified
Location: Inner harbor and convention center
The staff was great. The bellman actually walked out of the hotel to direct us to a great local restaurant. The free breakfast was top notch and the free beer and appetizers were a pleasant treat at the end of the day. I would highly recommend this hotel.

They need to have vacuums not rollers to clean carpets .
