Dirty Smokey room

Room was dirty, a lot of dust on the grill in the ceiling, sheets were old, curtains were dirty, hallway and room smell like cigarette, A.C was on and window was left open, flies in the room, no wash cloth provided, too much crack heads linger in the area. My wife was scared and we were very uncomfortable. We had to cut our trip short so I ended up losing my money. Traveling all the way from N.Y. was definitely not worth that experience.

Location was good, hotel was clean, glass mirror was broken and held together with duct tape! Bathroom door did not stay shut unless locked and no counter space to get ready! For the price and location to the arena not bad though!

We had a terrible experience at the hotel.... we switched rooms at least 3 times. The gentlemen at the front desk was no help at all... I asked him for another blanket and he came to the rooms. My girlfriend and I always stay here and this is the 1st bad experience we had so far
