I stayed in a smoking room when it should be non smoking. Now all of the belongings reeks of the cigarette smell. They dont enforce fines

I stay in a room from them. and someone open the door one of the maintenance guys, and peak in to see if anyone was there. I told them please shut my door I checked out from there. because I noticed things were missing from my room, not knowing someone was clocking everytime I scan in and out my room, to check if theres any activity. My honest belief To watch the resident sleep or if your alone so just be careful checking out with this company please. And definitely if you have children. They have minor prostitutes around there. also prices of fluctuates once you check in even higher after you check out.

Not what i was expecting..
Wasnt what i expected very small i wanted a king bed got a queen that was hard as a rock. Snow wasnt plowed so the handicap parking was a challenge to get out of the car.

When I first checked in I was told my room was on the second floor, I checked the step count. One of the people I was meeting could not do the steps. The shift was changing when I came back and asked for a room on the bottom floor. I was told there were no king-size rooms on the bottom floor and that I would not be refunded the difference. After texting one of my people they said they could do the steps. After going back to let him know I was ok with the steps I overheard him telling his people they didn't have time to switch out my room cause of shift change. After getting in the room to unpack. I saw the bathroom was dirty the fridge was on the lowest setting and the knob was broken off. The tub was very dirty. The vents had rust on them etc etc etc. This was my first time staying in the one in Linthicum Heights, Maryland. The one in Timonium is outstanding and far above Linthicum Heights.
