Fine but needed a little clean up and fixing up over all. Convenient and easy in and out. Awkward room layout and wish they had put me in a room not as far away from enterance and such.

Pros: friendly staff, free parking, spacious room (kitchen, couch, table/desk)
Cons: breakfast lol - wasn't a big deal though. we had to hit the road the next morning.
It's in a nice, quiet industrial area. I'm glad we drove the extra minutes to stay the night outside of Baltimore. Don't have to worry about parking and the people wandering around the streets. They provide breakfast, but set your expectations low. Other than that, everything was great!

Bathroom toilet was extremely dirty. Lobby was clean and staff was friendly

Disappointed

Pros: The staff
Cons: The room itself especially the bathroom.
Location: Great location. Lots of restaurants nearby.
Staff was friendly and professional but the hotel itself badly needed renovation. Very jaded. They advertise free breakfast but what was served was not breakfast...it was some packaged junk food.

Pros: Quiet
Cons: Attitude of the staff, supplying basic stuff like shampoo.
Location: Some restaurants and shopping centers are close by.
This time they did not even provide a shampoo. The person at the check-out was very nervous and not helpful so that made me feel uneasy. I will make sure I don't stay here any more.

Nice place

Great staff, very friendly & accomodating. The room was nice with a couch and since the hotel is off any major road, it's very quiet with a nice green view. The kitchen wasn't stocked and there was a "conditioning shampoo" in the bathroom. They had the real stuff at the front desk and the kitchen supplies. You just have to go down and get it.

Told one of my guy's ( a latino) they would not give his cash deposit back until he cleaned the room himself because the cleaning staff didn't "have time" Pathetic!

after a long day my family and i decided to stay at the extended stay for the night. Everything was fine up until midnight that when the smoke detector started chirping every ten minutes or so and waking the baby up and everyone else. my husband went down stairs to complain but no one was attending the front desk late at night.Finally around 5 am it stopped but after that no one could go back to sleep
