my stay was pleasant, but the room when I initially entered, had an odor to it. Perhaps someone before me smoked in the room, not sure. The continental breakfast was a little weak. Not much to choose from.

It's good except breakfast. It's not continental breakfast as usual compare to others. Just snack bars, otte mills and apples and coffee and hot water. I am serious these are in the restaurant and I can remember.

Terrible hotel but great svc from Hotels.com

My husband was never able to check in. Reservation name was mine and not my husband (systems must have substituted my name when I checked out.) They did not try to resolve - they turned my husband away - didn't even offer him another room or call Hotels.com to fix. So my husband left and went to another hotel. The manager was vacuuming the lobby and seemed to want to do that rather than help him. But Hotels.com DID refund my money based on the fact that they were so rude to us. Thank you HOTELS.com.

too bad we were not able to stay because we booked online and when we got there we couldnt be accomodated since it was fully booked. This unfortunate thing happens i know but the lady on the front desk aggravated the situation as she was cold. Sweet words would have been appreciated at that time.
