It started with the front desk clerk at check in. Unfortunately, they did not speak enough English to clearly communicate with us. The pet fee is not listed online, and we had looked for it. They charged $25 per pet and but first he said it was $25 plus tax and then had me pay again the same amount saying, no that's for each of them. I understand pet fees, but that should be disclosed before I pay for the room so I can accurately compare costs. I would have chosen another hotel if I had been aware. I travel with my dogs for events, so I always check for the fees. When we went up to our room on the third floor, we were greeted by the very strong smell of marijuana in the hallway and then even stronger in the room. We were tired and decided to deal with it but I wish we requested another room, because the walls were paper thin, no sound proofing and we had the worst night of sleep I've ever had in a hotel, with the constant sound of the elevator, the stairwell door banging shut and hearing the adjoining rooms and everyone who walked down the hall. We were traveling with dogs and there was so much noise that they thought there were intruders. The only plus is the full size fridge, although it smelled funky and that it was an easy on and off the highway.

There was no breakfast as stated. The room was not clean. Toilet does not fill up after use. The light in the bathroom makes too much noise. Regreted staying there. Maid refused to clean room stated front desk has to be notified first.

Check in was great; that was the only employee interaction I had during my stay. My room seemed clean and was comfortable. I stayed 2 nights. On my 2nd morning (the morning that I was leaving) I saw a cockroach run from the bathroom through the kitchen and under the door out to the hallway. This is the reason for my lower rating.

Check in person was nice. Hallways were dark. I was put in a handicap room when I did not need one. Very noisy and LOTS of scary fighting noises from other rooms. Should have told me at check in that I needed to check out kitchen ware. Will NOT stay here again!!

I have stayed in this hotel at least 12 times in the past and recommended it to numerous colleagues. I won’t ever do that again! The hotel was FILTHY- I had to clean the tub before I could use it; the toilet was used - the refrigerator had mold in it- I needed to work on my computer and the WIFI was worthless- Additionally there were obnoxiously loud children screaming in the halls and slamming doors most of the night. The desk clerk was more worried about snacking and talking on her cell phone than she was helping… Never Again

Did not feel safe or have a good feel about the property. We checked in then came back later in the evening to find three police cars and a gathering of people outside. We could not cancel so ended up losing our money rather then staying in an unsafe location.

Upon arrival room 202 the bathroom tub was not clean, and tub had a crack in the bottom & the tried covering the crack with a dirty matt. Unable to take a shower. The refrigerator had a bad odor & would not put anything in it.called the front desk & asked if we could have our room changed & explained about the bathroom tub & was told no there were no more rooms available, & to take pictures & show them to the front desk when checking out in the morning. For $130.00 did not expect to have such poor conditions, would not recommend anyone staying here a complete waste of money.

It’s a beautiful area. I walked to a wonderful Greek restaurant last night called Zaria. The staff here at Extended stay is great. I wish the kitchen came with a few things - I could use a mug for tea. There is nothing in the kitchen. And the shower curtain rod is broken. I’ll let them know before I leave, but it seems housekeeping should have noticed that.

Wouldn’t recommend
Pretty outdated. Trash in the parking lots. Garbage cans and ashtrays outside were overflowing. There was food on the floor of the elevator and hallways. Bed was very uncomfortable. There was a strong odor of weed in the hallway as well.
