Hotel near Horseshoe Casino

Pros: The Breakfast
Cons: At night the parking lot has no available spaces. I had to park on the side
Location: Seafood restaurants a few miles away and the Horseshoe Casino!
It was a pleasant stay at this Hotel, excellent Breakfast and the room was clean. I stayed here one night, about a 15 minute drive to the Horseshoe Casino. I will stay here again.

Lat minute booking

Due to my flight being cancelled I had to book a hotel at the last minute (10pm March 30) The check in was simple and the lady was the nicest. The room was great and exactly what I needed. Microwave in The room was an added bones for a late night snack that I bought in the lobby.

Was a very nice room and the service was excellent,ladies restroom in lobby was awful,outside of that everything

Great experience

Very clean, very friendly staff. Housekeeping was so wonderful, we left notes that we only wanted new towels and toilet paper but they went above and beyond and did more for our room. Thank you so much!

Rough start, but a strong finish.

Checkin went terribly. We arrived at 5pm and were informed that our room wasn't clean. We were offered an explanation that new cleaning staff had started. We waited about 20 minutes longer and then we were told our room was ready. The keys didn't work in door when we got to the room. After getting new keys, we found out that there was already someone staying in the room. After a conversation with the manager, they were able to get us a room that was empty. It took about 45 minutes to finally get to our room. About 45 minutes later, we received a knock at the door from the woman who checked us in apologizing and she had a 20% off our next stay in that hotel as well as water and drinks. I will say, I was prepared to write a negative review but an apology and the effort went a long way. The hotel itself is nice with a comfy bed. Despite the debacle, I expect we'll stay there again sometime.

I absolutely loved this hotel, the check in was fast and friendly, the rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. My only issue was the heat didn't work in the bedroom, we had a suite so I'm very easy to get cold so that was uncomfortable for me considering it was chilly during our 2 night stay other then that I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again.
