The staff was nice and informative. The hotel was clean and bathroom was clean and up to date. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. I would recommend to anyone.
We only stayed one night but the staff was very friendly and kind, would definitely stay again in the future... looking forward to stopping in the bar for a happy hour sometime in the near future.
The hotel was nice, room clean, staff friendly. Will stay here again. They accommodated my early arrival and the only set back was they did not have shuttle service
My check in was quick the manager or staff was very nice and respectful if i needed anything i called right away and went down to get it the hotel was perfectly clean when i got in beds was clean as well nothing wrong with the lights or tv and i recommend if u cant afford high hotels to come here ...
Upon entering the lobby, I was super anxious because they were having a cocktail hour for the guests and I had just showed up with my 3 year old after shoving a nights worth of belongings into a bag and hauling ourselves to the Sheraton. Our furnace broke, our hot water tank pilot light won’t stay ...
Beautiful room and beautiful view. We were on 33rd floor. The breakfast was great and the parking was cheap on the weekend. It was about a 15 minute walk to the harbor and main attractions but for the price and accommodations, well worth it.
Standard, upscale (though not luxury) hotel, with free parking, and a nice, intimate bar. Out of the fray of traffic of downtown Baltimore but about a 30-40 drive from the airport. Great nearby restaurants: Petit Louis and Miss Shirley's (for breakfast).
Good location, valet parking was expensive but efficient. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The lobby was functional but not luxurious. Biggest complaint was the significant amount of street noise that comes thru the windows. Even at 3am there was some. Also some noisy guests at that time who were ...
It was easy to get around downtown as long as you have GPS. Not knowing any better, I pulled in to public parking across the street from the hotel rather than using the parking valet at the hotel. Ironically, for me it was probably less expensive than the hotel valet parking.
Loved the hotel, but if they want to really portray quality service must get a more professional valet service. Standard room was nice but pretty small. I would get a bigger room it's totally worth it.
Pleasant check-in, kindly upgraded to a suite on opposite side of hotel due to construction noise on nearby building (without us asking for a change of room) just a nice move by the manager. Clean updated hotel... only thing we saw was an empty mike and Ike’s box on the floor behind a door that was ...
Decor was nice, and room was comfortable enough. Felt there was poor temperature control/ air circulation was poor, even with room fan on it felt too warm. Location in proximity to harbor was very convenient, with everything within walking distance.
