Liked that it was conveniently located. Was unhappy with the service of the hotel. They ran out of everything almost after the first day of our time there. They served uncooked tator tots in place of potatoes and had no pastries or hard boiled eggs. They also ran out of oj and then next day ran out of apple juice. Service was very poor. Lady at desk said they served coffee 24 hours a day. She neglected to say the coffee served past breakfast is old and cold. Parking is tight also almost didnt have parking spot after returning to hotel in the evening and parking was $5 a day. The shower was a tub shower but felt like i was standing in a v shaped edge in tub. There was also a dog that was barking one night in the hotel next door to us.
It was an okay hotel just cant rely on getting breakfast or hot coffee everyday.

There are cigarettes all over the ground, right where you have to walk in to the front door. You literally have to step over them.

I don't like the areas there was not enough parking spaces, the bed was very uncomfortable, pillows are too soft and effective January 1, 2024, the Hampyon Inn is charging $5.00 per day for parking. I was stunt to that the Hampton Inn charge for parking.

Everyone we encountered was so incredibly nice and accommodating. Our house got damaged in a storm and we were freaked out. Hampton Inn was like staying with family, minus the annoying parts!

The Ladies at the Front desk was amazing they have great customer service. My room wasn't ready when i got there they needed more time i said no worries I'll be right back they called me and when i walked back in i was handed my key. She remembered who i was.

Clearly recently refurbished. Clean and quiet and in good repair. Easy access from route 100. Very well stocked gym and even a pool. Will definitely stay here on my next visit to Columbia.

Our stay at the Hampton Inn was great. The room was larger and clean. On our first day after check-in, we found three ladybugs in our room, and there was also not a lot of variety for breakfast. The three days we were there, it was the same old cold sausage and cold eggs. Since we were in town for a funeral of a loved one, we didn't want to make a fuss or go through the hassle of changing rooms. The customer service/front desk associate was very polite and helpful. We would choose Hampton Inn again

Very clean and recently renovated hotel with excellent service from the breakfast attendant to the desk staff.

Staff member were great, room was clean, perfect for an overnight to attend my daughter’s soccer tournament. The hotel was complete full due to the tournament but the staff wasn’t prepared to accommodate during breakfast. The food was out for a significant period of time, at least 30 mins before it was refilled. Therefore, during this time the only option was the waffle maker which had a long line or cold and hot cereal. Also the bathroom in our room could use a facelift. The hotel worked for exactly what we needed and the staff at the front seat was great!

It was close to Johns Hopkins where we had a medical appointment for my elderly mother. Room was clean, quiet and comfy.
