Nice overall. Elevator needs work, but great staff and clean/comfortable room.

Compared to other Hampton Inns: B+

Pros: Location. Really convenient to restaurants and shops if you need to pick things up or have a couple of hours of down time.
Cons: I'm not sure. I think it simply "is what it is."
We've stayed in some GREAT Hampton Inns (in downtown Denver, in Myrtle Beach, SC, in Lincoln, NE) that were truly, truly exceptional. This one is good but not quite of that caliber. Everything about the hotel was "pleasing"--but not A or A+. The breakfast was limited in comparison, but ample and what was there was good. The room was clean, but a little smaller than most of the other Hampton Inns where we have stayed. Overall, it was a clean, convenient place for our family of four. I don't think I would want to stay there for any more than a couple of nights, however. It just doesn't have the homey feel of most other Hampton Inns, and seems more like a one-night stay kind of place. Still, we thought it was good and we would stay there again. And, at least for now, it is not on the Bed Bug Registry. We checked: no sign of those horrible little critters that seem to be really prevalent up and down the I-95 corridor.

Highly recommend.

Pros: Friendliness of staff, cleanliness, very good breakfast options. Refridgerator and microwave in the room. Available computer/internet.
Cons: There's not much that I can think of that was lacking. Perhaps exhaust vents in the bathrooms.
Location: Dinasaur museum was fun for kids and adults-limited hours of operation. Lots of nice restaurant options. Supermarket within walking distance.
The staff was constantly courteous and accommodating. Facility was very clean and well maintained, quiet rooms. Breakfast was way above what I've seen offered at other hotels. Very good variety and quality for breakfast food. Including make your own waffles! Small disappointment at the availability of the pool, but limited pool hours are due to Maryland laws, and no fault of the hotel.

Nice quiet hotel with outdoor pool.

Pros: It was clean, comfortable and quiet. The hotel is near major highways but it is off road enough to keep the noise from filtering in the guess rooms
Cons: The Wi-Fi is too slow
Location: The hotel has several shops and restaurants nearby.
My family and I totally enjoyed our 3 nights stay at this hotel. Staff at Registration was friendly. We arrived 2 hours before official check-in but our room was ready so we were allowed to check in with no waiting.The hotel is a non smoking property and it is in an area close to several shops and restaurants. They serve free hot breakfast every morning. I would surely stay there again. We rate it 4.7

Great location to rest & eat!

We liked the location, especially the many restaurants available within a mile of the Hampton. The Silver Diner was our choice, not your typical diner food. Great food & very affordable for the family.

Low end Hampton

I've stayed in literally dozens of Hampton Inns. This is a fine place to spend a night - clean, quiet, comfortable bedding - but lacks the Hampton ambiance I was looking for. Small, spare, and worn, the lobby squeezed in the obligatory hot-and-cold breakfast buffet. My bed was very comfortable, but my room stuffy and odorous when I arrived. Looking for the HVAC controls, I happened upon abandoned tags from newly purchased clothing, presumably left by a prior guest. To be clear - it's a good place to spend a night. But it really shouldn't be branded as a Hampton.

Okay place for a short stay in Maryland

Pros: Convenient. Clean. Free Wireless
Cons: Needed furniture in our room. Noisy
The room was basically okay. Clean. Wireless worked well. But the noise from the hall came through our door like there was no door. Very loud. And in the room was only the bed and a desk chair. In a big space where we would expect to see a love seat or comfortable chair, there was nothing. Just empty space.

Clean hotel with exceptional staff

From check in to check out the staff was incredibly personable and helpful. While rarely at the hotel the room and facility was clean. Breakfast offering was good.
