Great customer service

The hotel room and continental breakfast was average but the front desk clerks was absolutely AMAZING! They made my stay worth while and helped with every single question/request I had.

Good stay, great breakfast!

Pros: Breakfast.
Cons: No complaints.
Location: Easy access to I-95. We were just passing through.
Hampton Inn tries to be the nicest budget brand, and the Laurel property is perfectly alright -- clean comfortable, quiet, well-appointed, etc. No complaints. The free breakfast is really a cut above what you normally get, with nice omelettes instead of the usual dry scrambled eggs, and good pastries. Great way to start the day!

Enjoyed our stay, we picked this hotel since had indoor pool. It was very small pool and lifeguard made you feel uncomfortable.

We didn't spend much time in the hotel because we were touring D.C., but the room was comfortable and the staff was friendly while we were there.

Good Stay

Customer service was incredible. I arrived to find myself having a handicapped room as all other King rooms were booked. After flooding my entire bathroom the next morning with the handicapped shower they were very accommodating and helped relocate me into a regular King that had opened up. The breakfast was the average hotel breakfast. Premade omelettes, a meat, cereal, waffles with a pretty good selection of toppings, bagels, English muffins, mini muffins, some wrinkly looking fruit and pretty depressing looking oatmeal. What was great was the 24 hour coffee and cookies that were in the lobby. I would definitely stay there again. The only reason I could not give a 5 for room comfort is because the towels were perhaps the worst hotel towels I have ever had to experience. Very rough and scratchy not pleasant at all. Hotel condition couldn't get a 5 because the elevator button for the 1st floor was very odd. You had to hold it down for a few seconds or it wouldn't register where you wanted to go and would just sit there.

Nice, clean, quiet place to stay in Laurel, MD

I stayed here for six nights as I was visiting family in the area. The hotel itself is what you would expect from a Hampton Inn. It's clean and comfortable and the room was as advertised. Wi-fi was a little tricky to access but it worked. The included breakfast was what you would expect, I found it perfectly fine. There is free coffee 24/7 so I was happy. One of the best aspects of the property is that it sits on a quiet street off the main road, which I found to be a great feature. All the guests and staff were friendly. Check in and check out was a breeze. I'll be staying here again in December.
