I tried to check in two times at 3 pm when they said my room was not ready and at 4:30 pm when they also said my room wasn’t ready. I was told the hotel is busy and I shouldn’t have booked through Expedia. Check in is at 4:00 pm. I was told I would receive a text when my room was ready. At 8 pm I was still waiting. I am 28 weeks pregnant and had to wait 4 hours to check into my room. This is unacceptable. They also did not attempt to compensate me in anyway for this delay. The room was fine but the rug was soaking wet when I got into it. I was there for a conference and all the staff that assisted with the conference were excellent.
