I wanted to share my experience with you - overall it was great! Although the rooms and beds were a bit smaller than expected, the convenience of the location, helpfulness of the staff, and cleanliness (despite a slightly lower star rating) were all top-notch. I really appreciated the excellent service provided throughout my stay!

What a great experience!! We were here for a volleyball tournament at the connected convention center and we enjoyed the Hilton so much!! We ordered dinner from Rosario's for the whole team and are it in the lobby, we enjoyed the hot tub, pool and sauna and the amazing view of the baseball stadium (oriol's anyone?). And we slept beautifully in the sooo comfy beds. We also really appreciated the safe garage parking and ability to leave our bags in the car without worry. But the best was the brunch and the chef at the omelet station. This hotel has a great staff and they are everywhere dealing with all the messes the volleyball and dance teams were making, but the omelet guy at the brunch was the best, a terrific human, chef and all around fun personality. We will be back!

The room above us sounded like someone was stomping on the floor all night so we got no sleep all weekend then the last night we were staying the tv went out and the response was that happens sometimes when it rains the hot tub was also out of order the whole weekend and management thought it was still running the hot tub was one of the reasons i choose this hotel over the hyatt overall experience was just terrible for the money i paid to stay in a "luxury hotel"

Bathroom cleanliness and Convention Center access
This hotel is in a great location and the staff was pleasant and helpful. BUT there was hair alongside the toilet and on the bathtub wall that was not ours. There was also a Q-tip under the floating sink. If it's obvious to me, why is not obvious to the cleaning staff? Also - the walkway to the Convention Center was not open when we finished our conference at close to midnight. This access is why we booked this hotel. We were told there was a staffing shortage. Unacceptable. Install a room key scanner for hotel guests if you can't get staff,

Had a wonderful 1 night stay! No issues with parking in paid garage connected to hotel. Walking distance or quick Uber to many attractions-we were in town for a concert at the CFG Arena. We were able to walk there. Nice area of Baltimore. Hotel was very quiet at night!

Baseball weekend
In town for a baseball weekend and had a great time. Check-in took a couple of minutes with a line in the lobby, but made it upstairs. Room was comfortable and very clean. I did pay to park in the garage underneath which is expensive, but safe and made traveling in and out a lot easier. I was with a group and we also enjoyed the restaurant/bar on the first level. We all got tasty food at 10 pm which was especially helpful for those who had had a few extra beers at the ballgame. Friendly people everywhere.

The stay was nice. The view of the Orioles Park at Camden Yards is amazing. The Concierge was supposed to be available until 8 PM but was gone at 7:45 and we were counting on getting information on how to get around and arear attractions. Figured everything out ourselves, but if they not only offer the service, but tell you to take advantage of it, they should have a person available

Great for a night.
Everything was great except there was now hot water not for a shower or even hot water to wash my face when I gave up on trying to take a shower. If we would have stayed for the whole weekend this would have been a huge issue…when we told the front desk we were told someone would be right up to fix it …two hours later at check out and still no one came
