I was unable to check in early which was a inconvenience but I understand things happen. The noise level from the other guest were really loud. The food was ok it wasn’t the best food. The room was spacious and comfortable for my short stay.

This hotel was excellent. It’s in very nice area. Many stores all around. This staff is very friendly and helped us with every request. The lobby has a bar and a very nice area for breakfast. There is indoor pool and a gym. I definitely recommend it.

We arrived around 7:30 pm. The lounge had lemon mint water that was refreshing. I found a convenient and close parking spot and a luggage cart was available next to the door. We went to bed early and unfortunately did not get much sleep because teens had rented the room next to ours. The door would slam every 15 minutes and loud voices/laughter were heard for hours. We turned on the fan hoping it would drown out the sound and around 1:30am I decided to call the front desk however the phone did not work. I went downstairs in my pajamas to notify the front desk that security needed to be called. Even though we heard security knocking on their door, the shenanigans continued. In the morning we were going to grab a cup of fruit and a coffee to go however the breakfast is $15.00 and everything else is a Lacarte. I personally didn't think we should pay for anything else so I went to the front desk, explained our awful night, and asked if I could please have a cup of fruit on the house. Customer service agreed that I could have a cup of fruit on the house. I would not stay in this hotel again.

Physically, the property is adequate, but in the room, there was no tissue in the kleenex box even though a pretty tissue was set up as a bow on top of the box; there were no cups for water drinking, no water available on arrival; coffee set up was missing stirring sticks, etc. And the welcoming at arrival was less than stellar. One good thing: the pillows.
