Fine hotel conveniently located

Pros: It was ok; really nothing to set it apart from another.
Cons: When the spa, pool or any other special feature of a facility is not available for a length of time, it should be posted on the website.
Location: Plenty of restaurants and shopping located all around.
Front desk staff personnel efficient, friendly and helpful. Disappointed to learn that spa was out of service (no notice posted on website). Room was clean and spacious and as it was simply needed for an overnight stay to attend a family function in the area, was more than adequate. Keurig was a nice feature.

The hotel was great, can't say anything bad about it , however they had the incorrect room reservation that I had my confirmation for. They told me this happens a lot with Hotels.com reservations. I wasn't able to have the suite that I paid for but they accomadated me with 2 rooms with an adjoining door.
