Good Hotel

Pros: Staff
Cons: Bathroom cleanliness
Location: Good food and lots of it.
Hotel is surrounded by fueling, convenience store, restaurants and more. Hotel staff was truly friendly and not that over the top fake friendly that makes you sick. Room was nice with the exception of the bathroom floor which was sticky. The bedroom door would not lock. Overall I would return to this hotel.

Fire alarm sounded 3x overnight. Sleep was interrupted. Staff didn't seem to be concerned and showed no empathy for disruption of guests sleep.

We could not regulate the heat.

Pros: Pretty lobby
Cons: Rooms are big but dark and inefficient. Not pleasant. Breakfast was a fairly expensive buffet - I would have preferred a la carte.
We set the thermostat at 65 for sleeping and it did not work. With temps around 75 we did not sleep well. We told the front desk in the morning and the clerk said he'd have it taken care of but the second night the same thing happened. We did not sleep well. We would not go back again.

Very nice hotel . I hope to stay there again.

The staff was great. The Housekeeping chief was especially helpful in returnring clothing I left in the room to me. The entire staff helped me be able to find unfamiliar locations. Very helpful to someone who did not know the area.
