Hotel close the airport

This is nice hotel in general but it is currently under construction. I feel this should have been disclosed. The front desk staff were just ok. We were not greeted with a smile, they were like robots. We entered and exited the hotel several times and was spoken to once. The cleaning staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would not stay here again but I would recommend it to others because it was clean and very close to the airport. What bothered me may not be an issue for someone else.

Terrific hotel, nice and contemporary.

Pros: New, contemporary, clean.
Cons: The ONLY negative was the expensive breakfast buffet. It was no different than the standard fare, free buffet that everyone else includes w/ the room.
Location: A quick drive to the inner harbor of Baltimore. Next to BWI airport.
This is what a good, reasonably priced hotel should be.

I reached BI airport around midnight. shuttle to hotel on time. Check in process is fast. I enjoy my stay

Clean Room

The room that was assigned to us was clean though theres a loud noise coming from the other room which we thought of an on-going repair. Bed sheets, towel and other linen were very clean. Toiletries provided were very satisfactory.

Location: Location was good
The hotel was great and the staff was friendly. The location was good the room was nice and the restaurant and happy hour was great

Great stay, very friendly and helpful staff, clean hotel and rooms, great breakfast buffet and lobby area. Also note they have a free shuttle to/from airport.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Shuttle service was excellent! However, several of the rooms were found to have a lot of black ants on the counter tops, microwave area, AC unit, window, & curtains. Had to change rooms twice.

Great Stay!

I stayed for 2 nights and was impressed by the professional, friendly staff. Check-in was quick and easy. The room was spacious, clean and furnished with a fridge and microwave! The hotel is within minutes of downtown, the airport and some restaurants. I'd definitely stay again.

It's close and easy to get tide on the airport with the shuttle making it a great overnight stop if you need it for a layover. Staff was Accommodating and helpful for the dog too.
