      • Disliked: Staff & service

      Overall the experience was mediocre was very disappointed with house keeping staff. Was charged a smoking fee of $250 for the room after I checked out. Luckily I was in the area and was able to return to the hotel to see evidence of smoking for the charge which noone could provide. Spoke with corporate to resolve the issue and I was refunded and management was very apologetic. My Valentine weekend was shifted a little but overall it worked out. But it was very fustrating to have to return to the property to ensure them that the claims that the housekeeping was making were false. Definitely would not recommend this hotel to family, friends or foe.
