Ok and poor

I didn't like the 10 dollar authorization for incidentals. I wasn't told about it until after they swiped my card.

College visit

room comfort was good. Would have been nice to have access to water bottles in room, I realize there are machines but the convinces of that would be good ,parking was challenging , one spot available that we had to squeeze into

Great experience

We booked last minute and I spoke to a very nice and helpful hotels.com representative who was able to get me 2 rooms. She was a lifesaver and we were able to stay at this nice hotel for the night after a late wedding. She was so patient with me and worked very diligent to get me a room for my crying infant and a exhausted 5yr old. Plus she was able to get a room for my parents. The rooms were nice and clean plus they offered free breakfast.

Everything great except weak WiFi signal. Kept getting unable to connect message and when it did connect it was very slow.
