I appreciated how the room was like home away from away with the mini kitchen, the nice sized bathroom, and the living space. My husband and i were very comfortable in the room and the room was modern and decorated nicely.

Rude Manager- Clean hotel
Booked hotel while getting a medical procedure at Mercy. Very convenient, walking distance to hospital. When the hospital changed my length of stay due to Covid, I called Hotels.com within my change/cancellation window to cancel one night. They called the hotel but were unable to process my request because manager Mia was not in. Was told to tell them at hotel when checking in and call after my procedure. Due to surgery, I was unable to call until 3 days later, and hotels.com said it was the managers discretion to refund the night (even though I followed policy). She point blank said No. No reason, no conversation. Hotels.com then said there was nothing they could do. We contacted hotel directly and the manager Mia was extremely rude and hung up on us 3 times. Paying in advance, trying to help out the hotel apparently wasn’t the right thing to do. Contacting hotels.com for help IN THE POLICY WINDOW wasn’t the right thing to do. Hotels.com will not have your back Positive- hotel was exceptionally clean and sanitized. Room was in amazing repair and beautiful. Front desk and valet were kind and helpful.
